County roads and bridges in Harford County are closed or will be closed for summer repairs.
Ring Factory Bridge
The Harford County Department of Public Works Division of Highways plans close the bridge over Winters Run at Whitaker Mill Road at Ring Factory Road south of Bel Air during the daytime for repairs over the coming few weeks.
The time frame for the closures is approximately from Wednesday, July 30, to Monday, Aug. 18, the department announced Friday. The closures will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Harford Creamery Road
The Harford DPW Bureau Construction Inspections will close Harford Creamery Road in White Hall, from bridge No. 104 to approximately .52 miles north of Lemon Road, beginning on or about Monday, July 28, until Nov. 17.

A portion of Knopp Road in Jarrettsville has closed full time to traffic since July 14 for approximately two weeks for repairs.
The area affected at Rocks State Park is located between Rush and Rocks Chrome Hill roads. The work site is located 300 yards east of Rocks Chrome Hill Road.
