Ninety-two runners raced the 15K, in which Cathy Bartholomew was the runner-up in the 50-59 age group in 1:42:31. Other Harford finishers were Mike Moser, 1:34:59, and Megan Stevenson, 2:11:20.

Erika Stasakova of Bel Air finished 16th among 500 women in the Santa Rosa Marathon in California Sunday. She ran 3:20:28 to place second in the 20-24 age group, 1 second behind the winner. It was her first marathon.

Alex Loper of Bel Air won the Celebree 5K on the Northern Central Trail Saturday in 17:19. Angela Bissett of White Hall won the women's race in 23:14. Lee Buxbaum of Abingdon led the men's masters runners in 24:28.

Charles Powell and Christine Trzcinski were the top finishers in the 45th annual RASAC Airfield Run in Forest Hill Sunday. Powell led the field of 44 runners in 23:22, finishing 15 seconds ahead of runner-up Jeff Burger. Kevin Hennessey was third in 24:10. Trzcinski won the women's race in 27:01, with Jennifer Perkovich second in 30:30, and Taylor Chan, third in 30:41.

Forty Harford runners were among the 3,400 finishers in the Annapolis 10 Miler Sunday. First to finish among Harford men were John Magee of Bel Air in 1:21:37 and Barry Glassman of Darlington, 1:29:15. Among the women, Melissa Vinton of Kingsville ran 1:29:00, and Susan Goad of Forest Hill, 1:29:26.
