Lamont Cloude Jr., 35, of the 500 block of Bonnie Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Corey A. Brown, 43, of the 900 block of Stepney Road, was charged Monday with drinking an alcoholic beverage in a retail area and possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Chanell Hope Vitela, 28, of the first block of Inca Street, was charged Tuesday with theft under $1,000.

Cornstalks were stolen Friday in the 1800 block of Tower Road.

Paul Ray Whittington, 48, of the 800 block of West Baker Avenue, was arrested last Wednesday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with six counts of violating a zoning accessory use and six counts of not having a zoning certificate.

Lena Lucille Griffith, 29, of the 600 block of Hookers Mill Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Rayshaw Damar Gibbons, 24, of the 1300 block of Jervis Square, was arrested Monday on a warrant for cases in which he was originally charged with driving without a license, driving with suspended registration and driving with a learner's permit with an unauthorized person in the front seat, and theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and scheming to commit a theft.

Theft was reported from a store in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway on Monday.

Edgewood

Jermaine J. Lyles, 21, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, was charged Friday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of malicious destruction of property greater than $500 and concealing a dangerous weapon.

Thomas T. Zeback, 45, and Sherrie L. Hoffman, 47, both of the 500 block of Crownwood Court, were charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Christopher M. Hare, 26, of the 2000 block of Starr Street, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

George Michael Finnerty III, 35, of the 200 block of Kennard Avenue, was arrested Tuesday for violating a probation for failing to obey laws in a case dealing with a motor vehicle incident.

Saul M. King, 20, of the 1800 block of Trudeau Drive, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, being intoxicated with an alcohol beverage, resisting arrest, failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order and disturbing the peace.

Timothy Edward Mullins, 24, of the 2900 block of Grier Nursery Road, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, theft under $1,000 and malicious destruction of property less than $500.

Shots were reported fired Saturday in the 2200 block of Phillips Mill Road.

Havre de Grace

Tinesha Williams, 29, of the 2800 block of Captain Cove Court, was arrested Monday on a warrant for a case in which she was charged with two counts of violating a protective order, harassment and telephone misuse.

Havre de Grace police report:

A car was stolen between Sunday and Monday in the first block of Wilfong Court. The car is a gold-colored 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe with Georgia license plates, 26-inch chrome wheels and a large Buccaneers sticker.

Barricades were stolen Monday from the 300 block of South Juniata Street.

David Alexander Green Jr., 39, of the 200 block of Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Severna Park, was arrested Monday for attempting to drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failing to obey proper traffic control devices, negligent driving, failing to remain at the scene of accident involving damage and failing to give insurance information.
