Zachary David Cochran, 23, of the 1400 block of Bannkert Terrace, was arrested on a warrant on Monday charging him with failure to report to a probation agent, failure to pay money and failure to submit to substance abuse treatment, allegedly in violation of his probation on a theft-related case from 2013.
Tyler S. Coggins, 18, of the 500 block of Leight Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and resisting or interfering with arrest.

Lisa Lea Kunkel, 46, of the 100 block of Sunshine Court, was arrested last Wednesday and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to obey traffic controls and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Michael Roman Brewster, 21, was arrested Saturday in the 200 block of North Washington Street and charged with disturbing the peace and failure to obey a lawful police order.
Checks were stolen from a home in the 100 block of Union Avenue Friday.
A burglary was reported in the 100 block of Market Street Sunday. The victim said he secured the building and left. Upon returning he found a pair of used tin snips to cut a square in the garage door, folding back the square to gain entry and leaving the same way.
Mail was stolen from the 800 block of Giles Street Sunday.
Emily Julia Neenan, 24, who has addresses in 600 block of Dembytown Road and the 3000 block of Oak Farm Road, was arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving on a suspended license and driving on a highway without current registration.

Rodney Eugene Preston, 34, of the 1600 block of York Road, was charged with failure to obey properly placed traffic control device, negligent driving, reckless driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unsafe lane changing, attempting to elude uniformed police, driving on a revoked license, speeding on a highway and failure to drive right of center.
Gary Edward Potter Jr., 43, was arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.
Henry Lee Whittington, 53, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant.
Brandon Scott Farley, 20, who has addresses in the 1300 block of Quarry Road in Pylesville, the 7900 block of Bank Street in Baltimore, was arrested on a warrant in a case of theft less than $100.
