Kingsville man held in suspected Bel Air peeping Tom incident

Police say Kingsville man is suspected of using phone to photograph customer in Target dressing room

Bel Air Police say they have arrested a man in connection with a suspected peeping Tom incident Aug. 8 at the local Target store.

According to a Bel Air Police Department news release issued Thursday evening, Stefan Abhishek Vincent, 23, of the 11700 block of Kingtop Drive in Kingsville, is charged with being a peeping Tom and having a prurient intent in a private place.

The victim had told police a man had been trying to take photos with his phone, either over or under the dressing room door at the Target, off Marketplace Drive.

Police received an anonymous tip identifying Vincent as a suspect and Vincent contacted them shortly afterward, according to the news release.

He was interviewed by detectives and charged, police said.
