On behalf of the Harford County Public Library Foundation, we are honored by the outstanding support we received for the 9th annual Library Gala.
We are grateful for the partnership of our sponsors, auction donors, guests, volunteers, Library staff and Foundation and Board of Trustee members. We would like to recognize the astounding support of our Gala Committee for their unwavering dedication, time and effort. In addition, Laurrapin, Mood Swings, Richardson's Flowers and Gifts, Jim's BottleWorks, Liberatore's, Coffee Coffee, Jarrettsville Creamery and Deli, Wegmans, Flavor Cupcakery, Flowers by Bauers, Select Rentals, Fandango, Two Brothers Moving, NVS, Events by I did it Myself, Keene Dodge and Grand Events also helped us to transform the Library into a fantasy setting for the event.
We are proud of Saxon's Diamond Centers continued commitment to support the Library with their generous jewelry donations for our annual raffle, and we would like to express our deep appreciation for this year's donation of the stunning black and white diamond necklace and earrings.
In addition, we are thankful for the support of Derek Hopkins, David Shrodes, Bob Ryan and Kristy Breslin for our live auction events.
This year, we had the esteemed privilege to work with Sheriff Jesse Bane, County Executive David Craig, Senator Barry Glassman, County Council President Billy Boniface, Director of Administration Mary Chance, Vice President of Booze Allen Hamilton Nicole Funk, and Director of the Harford County Public Library Mary Hastler for our marketing campaign, and we are honored by their participation in our outrageous "murder mystery" spoof. We would like to especially thank Mr. Boniface for allowing us to playfully "arrest" him for a great cause!
Finally, we would like to express our tremendous gratitude to the Library's Facilities, IT, and Marketing teams and the Staff of the Abingdon Library for their commitment to making the Library Gala a truly remarkable and successful event!
