Deer Creek rushes over the Eden Mill Dam in northern Harford County early Tuesday morning. "Nothing floated away, boardwalk still in one pieace, no water in pavillion, no water or damage to buildings," Eden Mill Nature Center Director Frank Marsden said. "Lower park is saturated, but no flooding; wetlands path is A-OK."
