In Monday's cross-town girls soccer matchup, it was the Bel Air Bobcats (6-1 overall, 2-0 Chesapeake) who came out on top, beating the visiting John Carroll Patriots, 2-0.
Bel Air led the game, 1-0, at halftime.
Brook Tauber and Kayla Klock both had one goal for the Bobcats, while Caroline Lozzi and Jordan Layfield passed out one assist each.
Bel Air goalie Andrea Sipos had five saves.
Katie Cooper notched eight saves in goal for John Carroll.
Edgewood defeats North Harford
Edgewood (7-0 overall, 3-0 Chesapeake) kept its regular-season winning streak alive on Monday with a 2-1, home-field win over North Harford (4-3-1 overall, 0-2 Chesapeake).
Ladae Boykin and Alex Van Graafeiland both scored once for the Rams, while Alyssa Rankin and Isabella Barbieri had Edgewood's assists.
North Harford's goal was scored by Maria Auth.
Nasia Denegal notched nine saves tending to the Edgewood net. North Harford's Emilia Farrara had six.
Aberdeen downs Joppatowne
Aberdeen (1-7 overall, 1-2 Susquehanna) scored a 9-0 win over visiting Joppatowne (0-6 overall, 0-3 Susquehanna) on Monday.
Hunter Woods, Faith Edmonson, Sarah Tyc, Kiera Young, Leah Hardin, Julia Sanders, Erin Baier, Katie Sanderson and Becca Lewis all had one goal in the victory.
Rochelle Daniels led the Eagles in assists with two.
CMW blanks Patterson Mill, Maryvale
In a Monday contest at C. Milton Wright, the host-team Mustangs (5-2 overall, 2-1 Chesapeake) notched a 1-0 victory over Patterson Mill (1-5-1 overall, 0-1-1 Chesapeake).
Adrianna Tarbert scored the game's lone goal in the 37th minute with an assist from Angela Kuhn.
The CMW girls wasted no time jumping to a lead in their Friday matchup with visiting Maryvale, scoring three times in the first half en route to a 4-0 shutout win.
Katie Burgee kicked off the scoring for the Mustangs, netting an unassisted goal. Julia O'Mara scored next with an assist from Adrianna Tarbert, and Sarah Murphy gave the Mustangs a 3-0 advantage before the halftime whistle, netting a goal with a helper from Burgee.
In the second half, Megan Pavlitsa scored the game's final goal, with Burgee providing the assist.
Tech over Perryville
Harford Tech (5-1-1 overall, 3-0 Susquehanna) knocked off visiting Perryville, 5-0, in a Monday contest.
The Cobras led, 2-0, at halftime.
The winning side saw its goals spread out evenly, with Paige Chapman, Kersten O'Brien, Kara Hayward, Mackenzie Forsythe and Becca Williams all scoring once.
Dana Waskiewicz had two assists, while Sarah North had one assist.
Harford Tech goalie Julie Ransone had five saves.
HdG shut down
The Havre de Grace Warriors (2-3 overall, 1-2 Susquehanna) were beaten, 4-0, by host North East on Monday.
Bel Air loses, 1-0
The Bel Air Bobcats lost by just one goal Friday night, 1-0, to host Howard.
