The C. Milton Wright girls basketball team went on the road Wednesday night and smashed Towson, 75-12. The Mustangs led 56-7 at the half.
Allie Appleby led the winners with 21 points, and Emma Hahner had 10 points. Abby Smucker had eight rebounds.
Bobcats beat Mariners
Bel Air rolled to an easy win Wednesday night, defeating visiting Joppatowne, 50-24.
Connor Hanley paced the Bobcats with 16 points, and Lacy Underhill added eight points.
Annalise Paylor led Joppatowne with 14 points and five rebounds, while Felicia Okoye finished with seven points and eight rebounds.
Cougars notch first win
The Fallston Cougars girls basketball team finally got into the win column Tuesday night, visiting and beating Edgewood, 54-45.
Sam Gasior led the Cougars with 15 points and Kayla Reilly added 10 points. Eight players scored for Fallston, which led 20-19 at the half.
Edgewood's Shania Stamper led all scorers with 22 points.
Huskies suffer first loss
Patterson Mill suffered its first loss of the season Tuesday night, falling 42-24 to Poly.
