A single-vehicle crash near the Harford County Detention Center tied up traffic early Monday morning.
The driver of the car ran off the road on Route 924 at 7:17 a.m.
She was not injured, a Maryland State Police officer said. Nothing else was affected except for the traffic.
The crash was cleared by about 8:45 a.m., the trooper said.
