Jazmine Latanya Price,22, of the 1300 block of Clover Valley Way, was arrested Friday after she allegedly crashed into air-conditioning units at an apartment building in the 800 block of Fisherman Lane. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Havre de Grace

Tiera Nicole Askew, 20, of the 100 block of Vancherie Court, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault.

A home invasion was reported in the 600 block of Robin Hood Road on Dec. 10, but was deemed unfounded.

Havre de Grace police report:

Cigarettes and change were stolen Saturday in the 600 block of Revolution Street during a burglary. It was also discovered that a 1996 Lincoln sedan was stolen two days earlier at the business.

A stolen vehicle was found Tuesday in the 400 block of Commerce Street.

A man who was a patient at Harford Memorial Hospital was stunned with a Taser on Saturday after he hit another patient in the head and then, later, refused to stay in his room and began assaulting a hospital staff member. The patient ignored officers' commands to stop and an officer deployed his Taser. He was detained and charges are pending.

A laptop was stolen from a vehicle that was unlocked in the 100 block of Bay Boulevard Dec. 12.

A GPS and wallets were stolen Dec. 12 in the 900 block of Chesapeake Drive.
