Larry Anthony Stanley, 43 of the 100 block of Cazier Drive in Middletown, Del., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Sarah Marie Stevens, 33 of the 800 block of West Pulaski Highway in Elkton, was charged Sunday with vandalism.
Robert Leroy Dill, 37 of the 1500 block of Lyon Street, was arrested on a warrant for violating probation on Sunday.
A window was broken in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway on Thursday.
A bank card was stolen Friday in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

Teddy Joe Fender, 39, of the 300 block of Ellsworth Place, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of trespassing.
A burglary was reported Friday in the 600 block of Pulaski Highway.
A house was broken into and tools were taken Friday in the 2400 block of Taylor Brook Lane.

Omar Adam Harris, 32, of the 300 block of East Lanvale Street in Baltimore, was charged Friday with having an illegal firearm, having illegal ammunition and possessing a firearm with a felony conviction.

Justin Patrick Snead, 20, of the first block of Windsor Way, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.
