Aberdeen

Angel Luis Alicea, 27, of the 600 block of West Market Street, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Julie Tomar Paradis, 30, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Saturday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Someone stole a TV then broke in and put it back Friday in the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Medicine might have been stolen Friday in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A shed was broken into and a dirt bike taken Friday in the 1500 block of Carsins Run Road.

Aberdeen police:

Someone was pointing a green laser at other vehicles Thursday at Route 40 and Walmart Way.

Two people were shoplifting at Walmart Thursday, and two more were shoplifting Friday.

Conrad Joseph Jablecki, 26, of the 600 block of Sandray Terrace, was charged Friday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Paula Kay Metaxa, 62, of the 200 block of Fairwood Road, was charged Friday with violating probation in a case in which she was charged with dumping litter less than 100 pounds.

Linda Ganoe, 51, of the 1400 block of Bonnie Terrace, was charged Friday with three counts of animal abuse.

Marcelles Alexander Kenly, 26, of the 900 block of Rock Spring Road, was charged Friday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

Kevin Tyler Brooks, 20, of the 300 block of Sandown Park Street, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana, possessing a drug other than marijuana, obstructing and possessing drugs while detained.

Brandon Montgomery, 34, of the 600 block of Lochern Terrace, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, failing to obey a lawful order and resisting arrest.

Ryan William Ewing, 23, of the 1800 block of Green Blade Court, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property greater than $500, theft below $1,000 and false imprisonment.

A home was broken into Thursday in the 800 block of Wheel Road.

Two generators were stolen Thursday in the 1400 block of Shirley Drive.

A front window was broken Friday in the 1200 block of Marywood Drive.

Richard William Morehead, 44, of the 3900 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Saturday with marijuana possession.

Shane Ryan Didomenico, 24, of the 600 block of Yorkshire Drive, was charged Thursday with violating his probation in a case in which he was found guilty of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Ryan Martin Grimm, 22, of the 1400 block of Charlestown Drive, was charged Thursday with third-degree and fourth-degree sex offense, and assault.

Kenneth Alexander Masta, 50, of the 3000 block of Ebbtide Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

James Wallace Bey, 30, of the 2000 block of Rockwell Street, was charged Friday with trespassing.

A camper was broken into Thursday in the 600 block of Tupelo Court.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Thursday in the 700 block of Tulip Court.

Tyler Steven Scarinzi, 22, of the 3100 block of Charles Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Mark Jason Sperry, 40, of the 1100 block of Stromko Drive, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

A shoplifter was reported Friday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Forest Hill

A rifle and BB gun were found in a new house Thursday in the 700 block of Pyle Road.

Heating and copper pipes were stolen Thursday in the 2700 block of Jersey Court.

Identity theft was reported Thursday in the 2200 block of Historic Drive.

An electrical box was tampered with Friday in the 2000 block of Brandy Drive.

Havre de Grace

James Wilford Long, 46, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Martin Becker, 59, of the 100 block of Bluebill Court, was charged Thursday with violating his probation.

Credit card fraud was reported Friday in the 300 block of Darlington Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

Terrence Sherald Lewis, 36, of the 200 block of Whirlaway Lane, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

A female was threatened by her father via Facebook in the 100 block of Bayland Drive on Sunday.

A 14-year-old boy sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl by groping her and exposing himself to her in the auditorium at Havre de Grace High School on Friday. The incident is under investigation as police have conflicting reports from students.

Multiple iPhone and Samsung cell phones were stolen Monday from Verizon, in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway. There were no signs of forced entry.

A man was found shoplifting from Save-a-Lot in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway on Friday.

A window was broken Friday in the 800 block of Ontario Street.

Eric Glen Geiger Jr., 21, of the 700 block of Falconer Road, was charged Thursday with failing to appear for a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and having improper car lights.

An iPod was stolen Thursday in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A theft was reported at Food Lion on Hanson Road on Thursday.

A motorcycle tag was stolen Thursday in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway.

Pylesville

Someone threw a rock through a window Saturday in the 4200 block of Graceton Road.

An apartment was broken into Thursday in the 3600 block of Ady Road.

Timothy William Browne, 35, of the 300 block of Crisfield Road in Virginia Beach, Va., was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.

Victor Estevez Abraham, 36, of no fixed address, was charged Thursday of driving without authorization and failing to make the right lane change that was not immediately adjacent to an emergency vehicle.

Lupe Leon, 55, with a P.O. box in Perris, Calif., was charged Thursday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, unauthorized property removal and failure to return a rental vehicle.

Tara Rae Bishop, 30, of the 800 block of Moountshire Terrace in Chester, Va., was charged Thursday with theft below $100.

Kate Marie Breaud, 21, of the 8700 block of Woodbine Road in Airville, Pa., and John Aaron Horky, 26, of the 2100 block of Wentworth Drive in Bel Air (and the 1000 block of Doyle Road in Street), were charged Thursday with possessing marijuana, possessing paraphernalia and trespassing on private property.

Brendan Michael Bodensteiner, 27, of the 100 block of Governors Way in Queenstown, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, trespassing on private property, malicious destruction of property, possessing a drug other than marijuana and two more counts of drug possession.

Joseph Martin Cason, 19, of the 1000 block of South Carroll Street in Hampstead, was charged Friday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Robert Edward Wengert, 35, of the 7400 block of Eastern Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Friday with failing to appear in cases in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, having false documents and forgery.

Nicholas Shumaker, 30, of no fixed address, was charged Friday with first-degree and second-degree assault, resisting arrest, first-degree burglary and fourth-degree burglary.
