A lock was tampered with and a mirror was broken Saturday on a vehicle in the 400 block of Eastern Court.

Shots were reported fired Saturday on Woodland Green Way.

Two teenagers were stealing from Walmart Sunday.

A possible vehicle theft was reported Sunday at the Red Roof Inn.

Items were missing from a detached garage in a backyard in the 500 block of South Rogers Street Sunday.

A couple stole hair color Sunday from Sally's Beauty Supply in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

Darryl Steven Thomas, 50, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was arrested Friday for violating probation in cases where he was charged with theft under $500 and theft under $100.

Rachel Marie Brown, 22, and Christopher Allan Milburn, 21, both of the 100 block of Hanover Street, were arrested Monday and Tuesday on a warrant in a case in which they were charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000, having a stolen firearm and malicious destruction of property below $500.

A past break-in was reported Sunday in the 1400 block of Willshire Drive.

A theft was reported Thursday in the 1900 block of Fletcher Road.

A theft was reported Thursday from a house in the 4800 block of Philadelphia Road.

Shots were reported fired Monday in the 300 block of Seagull Drive.

A tractor was stolen Monday in the 500 block of Advantage Avenue.

Jordan David Bailey, 20, of the 200 block of White Oak Court, was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary, theft under $1,000 and malicious destruction of property under $500.

Joseph Glenn Halsey, 22, of the 1300 block of Sharon Acres Road, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania justice.

Trash dumping was reported Thursday on Colgate Circle.

A construction trailer was broken into Monday in the 1600 block of Robin Circle.

Havre de Grace

Christopher Michael Steck, 27, of the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, was arrested Monday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with being rogue and vagabond, five counts of theft under $100, four counts of a credit card charge, scheming to commit a theft under $1,000 and stealing another's credit card.

Thomas Stoll Hackett, 42, of the 800 block of Giles Street, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Christopher Scott Ryan, 22, of the 400 block of Battery Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Nigel Baness Johnson, 18, of the 800 block of Garfield Road, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with theft under $1,000 and being rogue and vagabond.

Jeana A. Pailer, 23, of the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway, was charged Friday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, malicious destruction of property less than $500 and obstructing and hindering arrest.

Stephen Franklin Clark Jr., 20, of the 100 block of O'Neill Court, was arrested Monday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with fishing without a license.

Milton Alexander Johnson, 25, of the 18000 block of Roxbury Road in Hagerstown, was charged Monday with possessing contraband in a place of confinement and possessing a telecommunications device.

Timothy A. Lee, 55, of the first block of Edgewood Avenue in New Haven, Conn., was charged Monday with marijuana possession.

Jason Dwayne Lemmon, 39, of the 100 block of McConville Road in Lynchburg, Va., was charged Monday with providing a false statement to an officer and using identity fraud to avoid prosecution.
