Rodger John Addison Rudolph, 56, of the 200 block of High Meadow Terrace, was charged Aug. 12 with second degree assault.

A shoplifter was detained Monday at a store on Wegmans Boulevard.

A bike was stolen Tuesday from the 3300 block of Cheverly Court.

Bel Air

Charles T Dietrich, 22, of the 2200 block of Gelding Way, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Matthew Lee Hardy, 25, of the 500 block of Westwell Lane, was charged Sunday with failure to control vehicle speed, speeding, negligent and reckless driving, driving off the road while passing a vehicle, failure to obey properly placed traffic control devices, unsafe lane changing, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, improper passing of overtaken vehicle, following a vehicle too closely and failing to drive on the right half of the road when required.

Someone reported drug transactions Monday on Foxborough Drive.

The Arrow Center on Creswell Road was vandalized Monday.

Prescription medication was stolen Monday from the 2100 block of North Fountain Green Road.

An equipment trailer was stolen Monday from the 500 block of Bynum Road.

A naked man was walking down the 700 block of Fox Bow Drive Tuesday.

A safe was stolen Tuesday from the 1700 block of Churchville Road.

People were loitering Tuesday in the 1900 block of Belair Road.

Political signs were stolen Tuesday from the 400 block of Glenville Road.

Timothy Patrick Oliphant, 41, of the 1100 block of Main Street, was charged Tuesday with stealing another person's credit card and two counts of charging $1,000 to $10,000 on another person's credit card.

Edgewood

Demauseaous Sian Coleman, 31, of the 1000 block of Lake Front Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second degree assault.

Thomas R. Smith IV, 21, who police say has no fixed address, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Items were stolen Monday from a vehicle in the 800 block of Angel Valley Court.

A car in the 500 block of Meadowood Drive was vandalized Monday.

Drugs were stolen Monday from the 1000 block of Woodbridge Center Way.

A shoplifter was reported Monday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Drugs were found in the wall of a house Monday in the 600 block of Reckord Road.

A mailbox was vandalized Monday in the 2300 block of Carya Way.

Havre de Grace

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Someone at RiteAid, in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway, was found to have stolen small amounts of oxycodone and zolpidem tartrate, along with various drinks, chips and batteries from the business on Aug. 13. The total items were valued at about $250. RiteAid was referred to the Harford County Commissioners Office.

Two GPS units were taken from two vehicles, belonging to the same person, in the 600 block of Commerce Street on Thursday.

Money and jewelry were stolen in the 100 block of Heron Court on Thursday. There was no forced entry. Police have a possible suspect.

A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of Chesapeake Drive on Thursday.

Jarrettsville

Property was damaged Tuesday in the 3900 block of Madonna Road.

Joppa

A house in the 500 block of Philadelphia Road was broken into Monday.

Juveniles were tampering with a U-Haul Tuesday on Haverhill Road where a PlayStation was stolen.

A wallet and money were stolen Wednesday from a vehicle in the 100 block of Jacob Street.

Pylesville

Jonathan William Bowen, 37, of the 3900 block of Ady Road, was charged Aug. 14 with second-degree assault.

A tire was slashed Tuesday on a car in the 4700 block of Fawn Grove Road.

Whiteford

James Rabie Dalton Jr., 23, of the 4500 block of Flintville Road, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with negligent driving, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol and failing to yield right of way entering a highway from a private road.

Dravien Isiah Christy, 25, of the 600 block of Front Street in York, Pa., was arrested Aug. 14 on a bench warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Mahmoud M. Hegazy, 44, of the first block of Cordal Avenue in Bridgeton, N.J., was arrested Aug. 14 as a fugitive from New Jersey.

Christopher Brandon Page, 21, of the first block of Hamilton Street in Washington, D.C., was charged Aug. 14 with failure to display a registration card on demand, speeding, following a vehicle too closely, possessing a suspended license, a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Anis Santana, 26, of the first block of Williams Street in East Orange, N.J., was arrested Aug. 14 on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with drug possession other than marijuana and theft less than $1,000.

Kathern Michelle Stokes, 52, of Homesdale Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and while impaired by alcohol, failure to display her registration card on demand, negligent and reckless driving and failure to obey property placed traffic control devices.

Kristen Erin Snowden, 35 of the 4900 block of Linda Avenue in Nottingham, was charged Sunday with theft less than $1,000.

Robert Edmund Gillman, 43, of the 2900 block of Kildaire Drive in Parkville, was charged Monday with possession of explosives without a license.

Mathew Figueroa, 23, of the 200 block of Red Pump Road in Rising Sun, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000.

Cynthia Lou Lambert, 35, who has addresses in Brooklyn and Halethorpe, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving a rental vehicle in violation of an agreement.

Thomas Comer Annandale, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga., was charged Tuesday with trespassing.

Nicholas Hasener, 32, of the 8700 block of Roper Road in Parkville, was charged Tuesday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug administration equipment. He was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while so far impaired by drugs and alcohol he cannot drive safely and driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance.

Paul Michael Frisco, 23, of the 7200 block of Windsor Mill Road in Gywnn Oak, was charged Tuesday with driving while his license was suspended, unsafe backing of a motor vehicle and failing to stop after an accident involving property damage.

Monica Teixeira DaSilva, 40, of the 1300 block of Arborwood in New Jersey, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with theft less than $1000.

Tabetha Lin Patterson, 34, of the 11300 block of Pulaski Highway in White Marsh, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100.

Jonathan Erik Cole, 34, of the 300 block of North Troy Street, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to obey properly placed traffic control devices, unsafe lane changing, following a vehicle too closely, attempted to elude police by failing to stop, reckless and negligent driving and failure to control speed to avoid a collision.

Thomas Joseph Samek, 50, of the 300 block of Oberle Avenue in Essex, was charged Sunday with having a passenger younger than 16 not wearing a seat belt, failure to display his license on demand, driving without the required license and authorization, driving without a Class C license, violating a license restriction, not driving a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlok as required, failure to drive to the curb upon police signal, driving while his license was revoked and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.
