Thomas E. Wagoner, 22, of the 4100 block of Gravel Hill Road, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, being rogue and vagabond, failing to obey a lawful order, disorderly conduct, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft less than $100.

Patrick McDermott, 18, of the 1300 block of Winding Valley Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Larry Abrina, 26, of the 1400 block of Filbert Street in Baltimore, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of altering a prescription.

Steven Buczkowski, 30, of the 6800 block of Boston Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Friday with driving while impaired, driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving.

Jennifer Leann Peters, 34, of the 6100 block of Fairdel Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and unauthorized removal of property.

Robert E. Eaton, 40, of the first block of Orne Street in Worcester, Mass., was charged Sunday with first-degree burglary, resisting arrest, vandalism and theft below $1,000.
