Kelly L. Ward, 39, of the 2000 block of Stratton Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

A credit card was stolen Monday in the 3400 block of Shrewsbury Road.

A theft was reported from a vehicle Tuesday in the 3100 block of Birch Brook Lane.

A window was broken Thursday in the 400 block of Clydebank Drive.

A vehicle was broken into Thursday in the 3100 block of Eden Court.

An attempted break-in was reported Saturday in the 2900 block of Strathaven Lane.

Bel Air

Crista Lynn Trongone, 31, of the first block of Bonnie Avenue, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

Jessie Vangenewitt, 31, of the 400 block of Underwood Lane, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order.

Zachary Michael Taylor, 18, of the 1900 block of Blair Court, was charged Friday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing marijuana.

William C. Kendall, 46, of the 200 block of Bright Oaks Drive, was charged Sunday with theft below $1,000.
