Shona L. Murray, 42, of the 4900 block of Villa Point Drive, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault, violating a protective order and theft less than $100.

Kristen Lauren Breece, 26, whose address is listed as Ramada Inn, was charged Monday with theft between $10,000 and $100,000, five counts of stealing another's credit card, another credit card charge, having a fraudulent identity and scheming to commit theft between $10,000 and $100,000.
