Female hit with a car in Bel Air [Harford police blotter]

The Maryland State Police and Harford County Sheriff's Office report:

Aberdeen

Willtronious Fene Gates, 21, of the 4500 block of Susquehanna Avenue of the Aberdeen Proving Ground, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court in a case in which he was charged with stealing another's credit card and making another charge on a credit card greater than $500.

Contressa D. West, 33, of the 4400 block of Antrim Court, was charged Tuesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, obtaining drugs by fraud, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and defrauding state health care.

Pierre De. Butler, 26, of the 600 block of Pine Street, was charged Wednesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess a drug other than marijuana.

Matthew D. Woods, 35, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to possess a drug other than marijuana.

Aberdeen police report:

A backhoe was torn and wires were down Wednesday in the 700 block of Plater Street.

A person in a maroon van was watching children at a playground Wednesday at Hall's Cross Roads Elementary School.

Copper was stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of Alton Street.

Someone was trespassing Wednesday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

An ID was stolen in the first block of Defense Drive.

Prescriptions were stolen Wednesday at Mars supermarket.

A neighbor was tearing down a fence Wednesday in the first block of Defense Drive.

A shot was fired Wednesday in the 400 block of Chestnut Street.

Money was taken from a jar at La Tolteca, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way, on Wednesday.

Cole Perry Gentile, 21, of the 300 block of Clyde Court, was charged Tuesday with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Bel Air

A subject hit a female with a car in the 1100 block of Vanguard Way on Tuesday.

Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Charolais Court on Tuesday.

A student assaulted an employee Tuesday in the 2400 block of Creswell Road.

A theft was reported in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road on Tuesday.

Belcamp

Kevin Tyrome Kyle, 31, of the 1300 block of Germander Drive, was charged Tuesday with having a handgun in his vehicle.

A Harley motorcycle tarp was stolen Tuesday in the 1200 block of Brice Square.

Edgewood

Kimberly A. Smith, 44, of the 1900 block of Stevens Drive, was charged Tuesday with violating probation in a case in which she was found guilty of second-degree assault.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 2400 block of Willoughby Beach Road.

A child was out of control in the 1000 block of Woodbridge Center Way on Tuesday.

Forest Hill

A house was broken into in the 900 block of Bernadette Drive Tuesday.

Havre de Grace

A 34-year-old man left Harford Memorial Hospital and was chased down Lewis Street toward the front of the hospital on Tuesday.

Havre de Grace police report:

Lenora Preston, 52 of the 100 block of Edgewood Road in Edgewood, was charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting chocolate milk and candy bars at Royal Farms, in the 400 block of South Juniata Street, on Tuesday.

Medicine was stolen Tuesday in the 700 block of South Union Avenue.

An assault was reported Tuesday in the 600 block of Revolution Street.

A license plate was stolen Tuesday in the 3700 block of Norrisville Road.

Joppa

Kendall Norman, 50, of the 600 block of Falconer Road, was charged Saturday with theft less than $1,000.

Shots were heard Friday in the 600 block of Harborside Drive.

Shots were heard Friday in the 1800 block of Mountain Road and people were screaming at each other.

Loud music was reported Saturday in the 600 block of Harborside Drive.

Whiteford

Matthew P. Singley, 22, of the 1200 block of Whiteford Road, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000 and theft less than $100.

Jordan Andrew Harry, 23, of the first block of Mountain Road in Rising Sun, was charged last Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of marijuana possession.

Charles A. King, 21, of the 3600 block of Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged last Friday with five counts of receiving a credit card unlawfully, five counts of having a counterfeit credit card and using a false government ID.

Rodney Eugene Preston, 33, of the 16000 block of York Road in Monkton, was charged Sunday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with possessing marijuana.

Dylan Patrick Hare, 20, of the 7300 block of Mountain Road in Felton, Pa., was charged Sunday with conspiracy to commit theft less than $100.

Tierra Charde Bruce, 27, of the 400 block of Harford Street in Perryville, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which she was charged with possessing marijuana and a drug other than marijuana.

Charles L. Hicks Jr., 37, of the 7800 block of Kembridge Road in Windsor Mill, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with possessing marijuana.

Tyesha Yvette Teal, 29, of the 200 block of North Spring Court in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

Christian Maurice Jenkins, 26, of the 9600 block of Basket Ring Road in Columbia, was charged Tuesday with making a false statement to a peace officer, possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.
