The Maryland State Police and Harford County Sheriff's Office report:

Aberdeen

Willtronious Fene Gates, 21, of the 4500 block of Susquehanna Avenue of the Aberdeen Proving Ground, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court in a case in which he was charged with stealing another's credit card and making another charge on a credit card greater than $500.

Contressa D. West, 33, of the 4400 block of Antrim Court, was charged Tuesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, obtaining drugs by fraud, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and defrauding state health care.

Pierre De. Butler, 26, of the 600 block of Pine Street, was charged Wednesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess a drug other than marijuana.

Matthew D. Woods, 35, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to possess a drug other than marijuana.

Aberdeen police report:

A backhoe was torn and wires were down Wednesday in the 700 block of Plater Street.

A person in a maroon van was watching children at a playground Wednesday at Hall's Cross Roads Elementary School.

Copper was stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of Alton Street.

Someone was trespassing Wednesday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

An ID was stolen in the first block of Defense Drive.

Prescriptions were stolen Wednesday at Mars supermarket.

A neighbor was tearing down a fence Wednesday in the first block of Defense Drive.

A shot was fired Wednesday in the 400 block of Chestnut Street.

Money was taken from a jar at La Tolteca, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way, on Wednesday.
