A burglary was reported Tuesday in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Havre de Grace police reports:

David Alan Cuffley, 27, of the 800 block of Giles Street, was charged Wednesday on an active warrant for non-support.

Rita Faye Ewing, 45, of the 800 block of Otsego Street, was charged Wednesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Two men were fighting and had scratches on their faces Tuesday in the 600 block of Green Street.

A wallet and keys were stolen Tuesday in the 800 block of South Union Avenue.

Russell Clements, 50, of the 2900 block of Naylor Road S.E. in Washington, D.C., was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and vandalism.

Samantha Sue Cuffley, 22, of the 500 block of Franklin Street in Perryville, was charged Wednesday with two counts of theft below $1,000.

Zachary Mason Bell, 22, of the 2200 block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with failing to control vehicle speed to avoid collision, failing to remain at the scene of an accident, failing to give insurance information and failing to display a license to an officer.

Denny Ray Beacham Jr., 30, of the 2000 block of McCulloh Street in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.
