Shimron S. Brooks, 26, of the first block of West Inca Street, was charged Friday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Aberdeen Police report:

A bat was flying around an apartment last Thursday in the 300 block of Stevens Circle.

A man was harassing customers in a drive-through at McDonald's, in the 3000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, last Thursday.

Two men were soliciting customers to buy perfume last Thursday at Panera Bread, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

The crossing arm of the railroad tracks came down on a Harford Transit bus last Thursday, at West Bel Air Avenue and Mount Royal Avenue.

Two irate people were at the McDonald's counter, on Beards Hill Road at Route 22, last Thursday.

Someone was shoplifting at Walmart last Thursday.

Someone was burning hats last Thursday at Red Roof Inn, in the 900 block of Hospitality Way.

A disorderly group was in the street near 7-Eleven, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, on Friday.

An apartment was broken into Friday in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A phone was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

A car was stolen Sunday in the 100 block of North Rogers Street.

A bike was stolen Monday in the 400 block of Edmund Street.

Someone broke into a vehicle, possibly the victim's ex-boyfriend, Monday at Target, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road.

Counterfeit bills were reported Monday at 7-Eleven, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Dana Fred Hanna, 34, of the 3200 block of Stone Eagle Court, was charged Monday with resisting arrest.

Ryan Edward Thompson, 27, of the 1800 block of Split Oak Court, was charged Saturday with conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

Bel Air

Thomas Edward Keefe III, 18, of the 900 block of Redfield Road, was charged Friday with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Gary Eugene Howard Jr., 29, of the 800 block of Comer Square, was charged Friday with failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving with unauthorized window tinting and driving even though his license was suspended.

Anne Elizabeth White, 21, of the 1500 block of Southview Road, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, theft below $100 and trespassing.

Belcamp

Beth Marie Suarez, 39, of the 1200 block of Oreganum Court, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Tracey G. Fowler, 45, of the 200 block of Golden Eagle Way, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in a case in which she was charged with failing to appear in a case in which she was charged with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Darlington

Jordan Brendan Trujillo, 21, of the 1700 block of Castleton Road, was charged Friday with theft below $100 and trespassing.

Edgewood

Danielle Y. Locklear, 35, of the 1300 block of Gold Meadow Way, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Chineta Bond, 26, of the 1700 block of Melwood Court, was charged Friday with failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving even though her registration was suspended registration, failing to display registration upon demand and driving even though her license was suspended.

Charles Ray Williams Jr., 40, of the 300 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from Texas justice.

Havre de Grace

Brandon Alexander Bowlin, 35, of the 200 block of Canvasback Drive, was charged Friday with two counts of possessing drugs with intent to distribute and three counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A woman said her son allegedly punched her multiple times in the head and face after he got upset with her, in the 700 block of South Adams Street on Sunday. James Edward Thompson, 18, of the 700 block of South Adams Street, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault. 

A 17-year-old male was charged with assault after punching another student at Havre de Grace High School, in the 700 block of Congress Avenue, on Monday.

Two 12-year-old boys at Havre de Grace Middle School got into a fight over a pencil, and one student jabbed the other in the chest with a pencil last Thursday. No medical treatment was required and no charges have been filed.

Christopher L. Davis, 34, of the 1200 block of Baldwin Mill Road, was charged Saturday with conspiracy to distribute narcotics and two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.

Street

Roy W. Hall, 67, of the 1200 block of Trappe Road, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and possessing marijuana.

Connor A. Watkins, 19, of the 1400 block of Macton Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Tyrell James Williams, 28, of the 2500 block of Gordon Circle in Smyrna, Ga., was charged Monday with exceeding the speed limit, possessing marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and neglecting a minor.

Tammie Tilese Trimble, 29, of the 1200 block of North Lea Court in Smyrna, Ga., was charged Monday with possessing marijuana, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and neglecting a minor.

Frederick Henderson, 31, of the 5800 block of Simone Drive in Stone Mountain, Ga., was charged Monday with drug distribution with a firearm, having a firearm in a drug trafficking crime, illegally having a gun in a vehicle, illegal possession of a firearm, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and possessing marijuana.

Scott Elgin Beaucham, 40, of the 300 block of Chalmbers Avenue in Glen Burnie, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with violating a protective order.

Stephen J. Sausnock, 24, of the first block of Spring Head Court in Cockeysville, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Michael Loewer, 20, of the 18000 block of Nelson Avenue in White Hall, was charged Monday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana and theft below $100.

Christina Marie Bare, 39, of the 600 block of Pearl Street in Rising Sun, was charged Friday with trespassing and violating probation in a case in which she was charged with unauthorized removal of property.

Tameil Deshawn Tucker, 22, of the 300 block of Magnolia Terrace in Essex, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, displaying expired registration plates and failing to reduce speed on a curve.

Brandi Lynn Burdette, 39, of the 500 block of Riverside Drive in Pasadena, was charged Saturday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Roarke Kersten Boulton, 50, of the 300 block of Stone Pillar Lane in Charlestown, W.Va., was charged Saturday with driving while impaired, driving while impaired by drugs, reckless driving and negligent driving.

Stephen Allen Bracey, 48, of the 7500 block of Brown Street in Peoria, Ariz., was charged Sunday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failing to drive right of center and driving while under the influence of alcohol while transporting a minor.
