Patterson Mill over CMW

The Patterson Mill Huskies earned a big upper-division victory Tuesday, defeating the host-team C. Milton Wright Mustangs (8-6 overall, 2-5 Chesapeake), 53-42.

Khalid Smith scored a team-leading 18 points for the Huskies, while Kevin Dorsey had 12 points in the victory. Andrew Bonds and Bryce Butler both scored six points for the Huskies, and teammate Malik Bonds netted five points.

CMW's Mychal Stefanides led the Mustangs in scoring with 20 points, while Will Hazelton had eight points and a team-best three steals. Corey Bays scored five points and led CMW in rebounds with four, while Logan Keys had three points and a team-high four assists. Chris Kiley had four points in the loss.

HdG heartbreaker

After their Tuesday-night matchup, the Havre de Grace Warriors (6-7 overall, 5-3 Susquehanna) have lost to the Perryville Panthers twice, by a grand total of two points. In their most recent loss, the Warriors were bested, 52-51, by the host-team Panthers, while on Jan. 4 Havre de Grace suffered a 64-63 defeat at the hands of Perryville.

In Tuesday's contest, the Warriors were led by Kareem Croxsell, who had 10 points. Havre de Grace's Geno Nappi posted six points, seven rebounds and three steals.

Edgewood over North Harford

Playing at home Tuesday, the Edgewood Rams (10-3 overall, 6-1 Chesapeake) won a low-scoring affair with North Harford (6-8 overall, 2-5 Chesapeake), beating the visiting Hawks, 31-29.

Leading North Harford was Brock Hurley, who had 14 points and seven rebounds. The Hawks' Ryan Feiss put up six points in the loss.
