There's no better neighborhood rivalry than when the newer school – Patterson Mill – faces a team from the older school that the newbie was carved out of - Bel Air.

There was another installment Thursday night of what promises to be a never-ending series of battles between the two schools separated by a hop, skip and a jump along Route 924.

The Bel Air Bobcats (5-3 overall, 2-0 Chesapeake) earned a home-field victory on Thursday, handing a 2-1 defeat to the Patterson Mill Huskies (6-2-2 overall, 0-1-2 Chesapeake).

Bel Air's goals were scored by Brandon Tolson and Kyle Warner.
