Man in custody in Pa. after allegedly robbing Bel Air 7-Eleven, carjacking taxicab

Bel Air Police say an Edgewood man is in custody in Pennsylvania after allegedly stealing money from a convenience store Sunday morning, carjacking a taxicab and being chased by police into York County, where he was arrested.
