After a light dusting of snow overnight, Bel Air was a balmy 16 degrees Thursday morning. More cold and snow are on the way, according to the latest forecasts.

The mother and child statute at Annie's Playground got a light dusting of snow overnight Wednesday, as did the rest of Fallston and Bel Air.
