( Lauren Ciambruschini/Harford Com / November 10, 2012 ) The fourth annual Heather L. Hurd 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk took place Saturday at Harford Community College. A record 315 participants raised $15,000 for book scholarships and helped bring greater awareness to the dangers of distracted driving. |
