Eight female athletes at Bel Air High School signed National Letters of Intent Wednesday. Seven signed to play lacrosse and the other signed for softball.

The players are Molly Ward, Girls Lacrosse, Old Dominion University; Caroline Fallace, Girls Lacrosse, Coastal Carolina University; Gabi Hall, Girls Lacrosse, University of North Carolina; Julia Henry, Girls Lacrosse, University of Michigan; Elizabeth Hillman, Girls Lacrosse, University of North Carolina; Amanda Criss, Softball, Lock Haven University; Lauren Asher, Girls Lacrosse, Winthrop University; and Megan Dee, Girls Lacrosse, Winthrop University.

Six of the young ladies (Ward, Fallace, Henry, Hillman, Asher and Dee) were members of the 2017 3A State Championship Girls Lacrosse team

Two (Henry and Asher) were members of the 2015 3A State Championship Girls Soccer team.

Five (Fallace, Hall, Hillman, Asher and Dee) are members of the Bel Air High School chapter of the National Honor Society

This group of student-atheletes truly define what it means to be scholar athletes. They will leave a proud legacy for other Bel Air students to follow. Their presence at Bel Air High School will be missed.
