Recent arrests and neighborhood incidents reported by police agencies serving Harford County.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Aberdeen

Rosanna Renee Love, 46, of the 600 block of Hickory Circle who also has an address in Middle River, was charged Nov. 1 with theft less than $100.

Travoy Anthony Harvey, 29, of the 100 block of West Aztec Street, was arrested Nov. 2 for allegedly violating his probation in a case he was charged with violating an ex parte order and vandalism less than $1,000. He was charged last Wednesday by Aberdeen police with violating an ex parte order.

Myeesha Alvarado, 26, of the 300 block of Stevens Circle, was charged Nov. 6 with second-degree assault.

Alexander Walter Maszkiewicz, 19, of the 100 block of Spesutia Road, was charged Monday with violating an ex parte order.

Aberdeen Police reports:

Randy Hughes Banks, 56, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was charged Nov. 4 with intoxicated public disturbance, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and indecent exposure.

William Daniel Bowser Jr., 21, of the 100 block of Remington Road in Port Deposit, was charged Nov. 4 with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Christina Irene Phillips, 41, and William Clinton Haines, 42, both of the 500 block of South Law Street, were charged Nov. 6 with second-degree assault.

Daquan Antonio Goode, 21, of the 3600 block of Amber Way, was charged last Wednesday with drug possession with intent to distribute and drug possession other than marijuana.

Leo J. Mojica, 30, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged Thursday with trespassing, obstructing and hindering police, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Maruice Epps, 18, of the 400 block of Winterberry Drive in Edgewood, was charged Monday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Raivon Levar Pounds, 19, of the 400 block of Holly Drive who also has an address in the 200 block of Mohegan Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged Monday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

A burglary was reported Thursday in the first block of Liberty Street.

People were trespassing Thursday in the 100 block of North Post Road.

A woman was shoplifting at Walmart Thursday and two juveniles were shoplifting at Walmart Friday.

A television was stolen Friday from the 600 block of Walker Street.

Abingdon

Jason Lamar Boyd, 40, of the 100 block of Waldon Road, was arrested Nov. 6 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he is guilty of vandalism less than $1,000.

Steven Jeffrey Unglesbee, 29, of the 3600 block of Woodsdale Road, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Raymond Betag, 48, of the 700 block of Frans Drive, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Bel Air

Megan Jennifer Rye, 34, who has addresses in the 300 block of Cinnabar Lane and the 500 block of Barwick Court and in Edgewood, was charged Nov. 1 with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Garrett Austin Knight, 24, of the 3000 block of Lochary Road, was charged Nov. 1 with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing/distributing marijuana paraphernalia, drug possession with the intent to distribute, driving without the required license and authorization and failure to display a license and registration card on demand.

Michael Owen Field, 58, of the first block of Lochart Circle who also has an address in the 600 block of Stone Mill Court in Abingdon, was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree assault.

Brandon Heim, 21, of the 1100 block of Vanguard Way, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree assault.

Howard Martin Taylor, 76, of the 100 block of Victory Lane, was arrested Nov. 3 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

David Williamson, 31, of the 700 block of Flintlock Drive, was arrested Nov. 7 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of stealing another person’s credit card.

Jennifer Anne Vaughan, 35, of the 800 block of Kilber Court, was charged Nov. 7 with theft scheme less than $1,000, theft $100 to $1,500 and three counts of theft less than $100.

Lyndsy Lee Claybrook, 36, of the 800 block of Stallion Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Bel Air Police reports:

Ratu Wilhma Jessica Joos, 19, of the 200 block of Crocker Drive, was charged Nov. 1 with second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering police.

Raymond Louis Holder, 23, of the first block of Homestead Street who also has an address in Elkton, was charged Thursday with robbery, second-degree assault and theft less than $100.

Belcamp

Brigette Marie Batton, 28, of the 1300 block of Jervis Square, was arrested Nov. 1 for failing to appear in court in Baltimore County in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended and failure to display her license on demand.

Darlington

Angela Nicole Workman, 35, of the 2200 block of Glen Cove Road, was charged Friday with theft less than $100, driving while her license was suspended and revoked, driving without the required license and authorization, driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle, unauthorized use and display of a registration plate and unauthorized use of a registration plate with intent to conceal.

Edgewood

Brook Joseph Edwards, 29, of the 1400 block of Meadowood Court, was arrested Nov. 1 for failing to appear for court in a casein which he was charged with speeding, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display his registration on demand, driving while his out-of-state license was suspended and failure to notify the administration of an address change within 30 days. He was also arrested for failing to appear in another case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization and failure to display his license on demand.

Jasmine Ryan Williams, 23, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree assault.

Retuis Allen Taylor, 24, of the 1500 block of Charlestown Drive who also has an address in the 1600 block of Brantley Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Nov. 2 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with violating an ex parte order.

Keith William Craig, 27, of the 1600 block of Meadowood Court, was charged Nov. 3 with drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Juanye Tyquan Graves, 19, of the 1500 block of Harford Square Drive, was arrested Nov. 6 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with obstructing and hindering police, failure to obey a lawful police order, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Derrick Lamar Bryant, 27, of the 1700 block of Deerwood Court, was charged Nov. 7 with drug possession other than marijuana, possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana and two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Donovan Cedick Fax, 33, of the 2700 block of Beacon Drive, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Bryan Lee Ipock, 32, of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane, was charged Thursday with violating an ex parte order.

Debra Lynn Hoyle, 51, of the 1800 block of Steven Drive, was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of second-degree assault.

Alphonso Christopher Hoke, 28, of the first block of Carroll Avenue, was charged Thursday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Travis Davis, 30 ,of the 2600 block of Maidens Lane, was charged Friday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Craigg Eric Wallace, 48, of the 100 block of Jacob Street, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault. He was arrested on bench warrants for failing to appear for court in two cases, one in which he’s charged with second-degree assault and another in which he’s charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

Dontasia Shaunta Benjamin, 24, of the 600 block of Meadowood Drive, was arrested Saturday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault.

Kenton Harvey Worthington, 41, of the 1700 block of Harbinger Trail, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, negligent and reckless driving and causing a standing vehicle to obstruct free passage of the roadway.

Fallston

Edward Charles Burton, 59, of the 2700 block of Fallston Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace

Thomas Wade Frantz, 49, of the first block of Chestnut Street, was charged Nov. 1 with failure to comply with a peace order.

Jacob Snyder, 28, of the 400 block of Village Drive, was charged Nov. 3 with second-degree assault.

Sandra Lewis Hagelin, 64, of the 4000 block of Rock Run Road, was charged Nov. 7 with theft $100 to $1,500 and vandalism less than $1,000.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Christopher Thomas McQuillan, 14, of the 600 block of Concord Street, was charged Nov. 1 with drug possession other than marijuana.

Mitchell Wesley Clark, 23, of the 900 block of Erie Street who also has an address in North East, was charged Nov. 7 with drug possession other than marijuana.

Jessey Labrie, 46, of the 100 block of West 23rd Street in Baltimore, was arrested Sunday on a Baltimore City warrant in a case in which he is charged with unauthorized removal of property, theft less than $1,000 and theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Kenneth Littlejohn, 26, of the 800 block of Locust Street, was charged with second-degree assault and unauthorized removal of property.

A purse valued at $73 was stolen Sunday from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Green Street.

Joshua McQuay, 24, of the 1000 block of Plaza Circle, was arrested Nov. 7 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

James Hallowell, 22, of the 300 block of Powdersby Road, was charged Nov. 7 with theft $1,500 to $25,000 and theft scheme $1,500 to $25,000.

Teddy Joe Fender, 43, of the 300 block of Clair Court who also has an address in the 3800 block of Maryland Avenue in Abingdon, was charged Nov. 7 with second-degree assault.

John Findley, 32, of the 1000 block of Philadelphia Road, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving while impaired by drugs.

Perryville

Sylvester Johnson, 59, who has addresses in the 100 block of Fairgreen and in Chevy Chase, was arrested Nov. 6 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while so far impaired by drugs/alcohol he can’t drive safely and driving while impaired by drugs.

Donald Burton, 25, who has addresses in the 1400 block of Perryville Road and in Winchester, Va., was arrested Nov. 6 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Christopher Michael Miller, 28, of the 500 block of Broad Street who also has an address in the 800 block of Windstream Way in Edgewood, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Pylesville

Gregory Michael Quick, 30, of the 600 block of St. Mary’s Road, was arrested Nov. 3 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Street

Carrie Sue Brittain, 31, of the 3100 block of Tucker Road who also has an address in the 3500 block of Scarboro Road, was charged Sunday with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful police order, trespassing and two counts of second-degree assault.

Harold Anthony Lee, 47, who has addresses in Owings Mills and Silver Spring, was arrested Nov. 1 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Donald Howard Payne, 29, of the 100 block of South Tartan Drive in Elkton, was arrested Nov. 1 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended, driving without the required license and authorization and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Farhad Abdolnahmi, 59, of the first block of Anna Court in Gaithersburg, was charged Nov. 2 with driving without the required minimum equipment. He was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant for driving an uninsured vehicle.

Gregory George Cerino, 38, of the 5900 block of Belair Road in Baltimore, was arrested Nov. 3 on a Baltimore City warrant in a case in which he was charged with soliciting without a permit and making a false statement to police.

William Lawrence Desmond, 27, of Oakland, Calif., was charged Nov. 5 with vandalism more than $1,000 and trespassing.

Adrian Rascoe, 24, of the 900 block of North Augusta Avenue in Baltimore,, was arrested Nov. 6 for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of drug possession other than marijuana.

Kyle Laferte, 31, of the first block of Desire Drive in Conowingo, was arrested Nov. 7 as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Aaron Lewis Gray, 38, of Glenmora, La., was charged Nov. 7 with third-and fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense.

Gregory Cosner, 60, of the 1000 block of Colora Road in Colora, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Kalyn B. Brown, 21, of the 19200 block of Edmond Terrace in Germantown, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of drug possession other than marijuana.

Duron Demetrius Perry, 55, of the 500 block of Rose Hill Terrace in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday on a Howard County warrant for failing for appear for court in a case in which he is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Devonte Lamont Branch, 26, of the 6100 block of Everall Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Latisha Wood, 36, of the 7300 block of Orchard Terrace in Frederick, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with trespassing at a public agency during hours and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Ruth Evelyn Moyer, 31, of New Castle, Del. ,was arrested Thursday on a Cecil County warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization and while her out-of-state license was suspended.

Kelly Lauren Redden, 31, of the 8600 block of Castle Mill Circle in Nottingham, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Edras Amiler Caries-Morales, 33, of the 7400 block of Baltimore Annapolis Road in Glen Burnie, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, negligent and reckless driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving while so fair impaired by drugs/alcohol he can’t drive safely, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display his license on demand and driving a Class C vehicle without a Class C license.

William Kenneth Morris, 63, of the first block of Dixon Lane in Elkton who also has an address in Lake Shore Drive in North East, was arrested Sunday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with speeding, driving while his license was suspended and without the required license and authorization and failure to display his license on demand.
