Recent reports of arrests and neighborhood incidents as reported by police agencies serving Harford County.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Aberdeen

Isaiah Rashad Everett, 18, of the 400 block of Dawn Court, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with failure to drive right of center, driving while his license was suspended and failure to notify administration of a change of address in 30 days.

Harlan Daniel Moore, 33, of the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of theft scheme less than $1,000.

Davonnte Oneal Sconion, 21, of the first block of Liberty Street, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Michael Douglas Skelton, 50, of the 4800 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Saturday with first- and second-degree assault and vandalism less than $1,000.

Donald Allen Kitner, 53, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was arrested Friday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended, failure to control speed to avoid a collision and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Brittnay Cromwell, 28, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was arrested Sunday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of second- degree assault.

Broken concrete was dumped in a driveway last Wednesday in the 900 block of Paradise Road.

Items were stolen Saturday from a home in the 4400 block of Ventura Way.

A car was stolen Saturday from the 1300 block of Loflin Road.

Aberdeen Police reports:

Lee Edward Leyden, 36, of the 900 block of Drew Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Homeless people sleeping in a parking lot in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard Thursday were leaving beer cans everywhere.

A vehicle in the 100 block of West Aztec Street was broken into Thursday and money was stolen.

A cell phone was stolen Thursday from Aberdeen High School.

A phone was stolen Thursday from the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A woman was shoplifting Thursday in the first block of Aberdeen Shopping Plaza.

A car was stolen Friday from the 600 block of Jennifer Lane.

A vehicle was damaged overnight Thursday in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue.

Items were stolen Friday from the 300 block of Union Street.

Two women were shoplifting Friday from Walmart.

A gun was missing Friday from a home in the first block of Graceford Drive.

A bike was stolen Friday from West Bel Air Avenue.

Several vehicles were scratched Saturday at Hinder Ford in the 500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A baby stroller was in the road Saturday in the 100 block of Bush Chapel Road.

A theft was reported Sunday in the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue.

A man was sleeping on a porch Sunday in the first block of West Bel Air Avenue.

About $700 worth of merchandise was stolen Sunday from a U-Haul in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

A man playing with a tennis ball hit a window to a classroom and broke it Sunday in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

A vehicle was reported stolen Monday from the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A printer was stolen overnight Sunday from the first block of Swan Street.

Juveniles threw trash over the overpass Monday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

A license plate was stolen Monday from the 600 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A wallet was stolen Monday from a woman shopping at Walmart.

A rental car was stolen Monday from the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

License plates were stolen from a vehicle Monday in the 400 block of Elissa Court.

Abingdon

Devonte D. Harris, 21, of the 2900 block of Craigston Lane, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.

A stuffed animal was stolen Thursday from the 2800 block of Preston Lane.

A clubhouse in the 3400 block of McCurley Drive was vandalized.

License plates were stolen Thursday off a vehicle in the 3200 block of Emmorton Road.

The glass door of building was shattered Friday in the 1300 block of Governor Court.

A vehicle in the 3000 block of Forsythia Court was broken into Friday and items were stolen.

Someone was shoplifting at Walmart Saturday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 3000 block of Forsythia Court was vandalized Sunday.

Bel Air

Jose Anibel Cruz Algarin, 38, whose address was listed as the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Friday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with speeding and driving without the required license and authorization.

License plates were stolen last Wednesday off a vehicle in the 1100 block of North Tollgate Road.

A debit card was stolen last Wednesday in the 1000 block of Jeanett Way.

An iPad was reported stolen last Wednesday from the 1000 block of Wheel Road.

A carton of cigarettes was stolen Thursday from the 700 block of Belair Road.

A cell phone was stolen Saturday from the 2500 block of South Tollgate Road.

Items were stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 500 block of Inglewood Road.

Two belts were stolen Saturday from the 2500 block of Fairway Drive.

A vehicle in the 1700 block of Edwin Drive was broken into Sunday.

Kids were caking a building with mud Sunday in the 2000 block of Emmorton Road.

A watch was stolen Sunday from the 1400 block of Conowingo Road.

People were trespassing Sunday in a vacant house in the 1800 block of Bramble Brooks Lane.

Belcamp

Thomas Joseph Gere Jr., 32, who has addresses on Independence Square and in the 100 block of Johnstown Road in Elkton, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault and obstructing and hindering police.

People were camping on church property last Wednesday in the 1200 block of Main Street.

A vehicle was vandalized Sunday in the 1200 block of Allison Court.

Churchville

A home in the 3500 block of Level Road was broken into Saturday.

Trash was being put in a Dumpster illegally Monday in the 2800 block of Churchville Road.

Darlington

License plates were stolen Thursday from the 2300 block of Castleton Road.

Edgewood

Steffon Rashawn Lewis, 28, of the 1600 block of Meadowood Court, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Tavarus Gary Long, 36, of the 100 block of Reider Court, was charged Thursday with violating an ex parte order.

Jamar Vashon May, 28, of the 1800 block of John Drive who also has an address in the first block of Old Schoolhouse Drive in Port Deposit, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Rose Lee Batts, 42, of the 500 block of Candlewood Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Albert Richard Lester, 28, of the 1700 block of Harbinger Trail who also has an address in Mooresville, N.C., was arrested Friday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and revoked and without the required license and authorization, failure to display his license on demand and failure to use a signal for the last 100 feet of travel before turning.

Christopher Patterson, 38, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

A 14-year-old male touched a 16-year-old female student “inappropriately” above the waist at Edgewood High School Sept. 12; the girl’s guardians were alerted and have not advised if they want to press charges, police said.

Homeless people were setting up tents on someone’s property last Wednesday at Van Bibber and Edgewood roads.

Someone was asking for money last Wednesday in the 2200 block of Hanson Road.

A vehicle was stolen Thursday from the 2000 block of Morgan Street.

A cell phone was stolen Thursday from the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway.

A vehicle was missing Friday from the 2400 block of Sycamore Lane.

Medications were stolen Friday from the 1200 block of Valley Leaf Court.

A house in the 2200 block of Rosewood Drive was broken into Friday.

A customer pulled down a cashier’s pants Saturday in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway, police said.

Kids broke a window Sunday in the 1800 block of St. John Drive.

Fallston

Jacob Michael Therres, 20, of the 2400 block of Rochelle Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Jewelry was reported stolen last Wednesday from the 2200 block of Engle Road.

Keys and a phone were stolen Thursday from the 1900 block of Belair Road.

A vehicle was stolen Thursday from the 800 block of Williamsburg Court.

A woman was sleeping in the grass Thursday in the 300 block of Webster Street.

A brick was stolen Friday from the 1900 block of Harrow Drive.

Forest Hill

Cameron Pelekakis, 24, of the 1700 block of Landmark Drive and the 2400 block of Edwards Manor Drive, was charged last Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Ryan Joseph Johnson, 20, who has addresses in the 100 block of Paden Court and in the 1700 block of Manor Road in Dundalk, was charged Thursday with two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Brian Keith Miller, 40, of the 2300 block of Ady Road, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case inw hich he was guilty of failing to remain at the scene of an accident involving property damage.

A knife was found last Wednesday under a bus on Newport Drive.

A man was touching himself last Wednesday in the 1800 block of Bear Creek Drive.

A cell phone was stolen Saturday from the 2500 block of Flora Meadows Drive.

Havre de Grace

Flavia Farias, 40, of the 300 block of Lewis Street, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with falsifying an official document or plate, holding or using a falsified document and displaying an expired registration plate.

Andrew Robert Vernon, 31, of the 300 block of hill Court, was charged Saturday with first- and second-degree assault and vandalism less than $1,000.

Lindsay Nicole Smith, 32, of the 200 block of Point Way, was charged Sunday with second-degree escape.

Someone shot a deer from the window of a vehicle Saturday in the 300 block of Quaker Bottom Road.

A woman returned from vacation Monday to her home on Telestar Way and it was empty, including power tools and money from a safe.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Tylor A. Malloy, 17, of the 100 block of Stansbury Court, was charged last Wednesday with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Malloy allegedly shot a male in the chest, arm and back with a pellet gun, according to Havre de Grace Police. The victim, who went to the hospital, did not provide police many details as to what occurred.

A cell phone valued at $700 was stolen Sunday from the 500 block of Lewis Street.

A purse was stolen Monday from a vehicle in the 300 block of Commerce Street.

Eight hundred to 900 2-by-4s were reported stolen Monday from a job site on Oneida Street. The theft occurred on Saturday; the lumber is valued at $3,500.

A bank card was stolen Monday from the 700 block of Green Street.

Zachary Arthur Wood, 23, of the 1500 block of Baldwin Mill Road, was charged Thursday with possession of contraband i a place of confinement and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Joppa

A student told police Sept. 12 her cell phone was stolen.

Someone went through a glovebox of a vehicle Thursday in the 1900 block of Old Joppa Road.

Flowers were stolen Thursday from outside a store in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A vehicle was stolen Thursday from the 300 block of Barksdale Road.

Two cases of Monster energy drink were stolen Monday from the 1400 block of Mountain Road.

Trash was thrown on someone’s properry Sunday in the 2000 block of Old Joppa Road.

Pylesville

A phone was stolen Thursday from the 4400 block of Graceton Road.

Street

Money was stolen Friday from the 3200 block of Sandy Hook Road.

Construction equipment was stolen Sunday from the 4500 block of Oak Ridge Drive.

Whiteford

A purse was stolen Thursday from the 1600 block of Dooley Road.

A vehicle was stolen Monday from the 3800 block of Bay Road.

White Hall

Two industrial-sized trash cans were stolen Thursday from the 2900 block of Duncan Road.

Zachary Arthur Harry, 20, of the 600 block of Patrick Street in Frederick, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Adam Joseph Kahlert, 24, who has addresses in Dundalk and Waynesboro, Va., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and vandalism less than $1,000.

Aaron Mitchell Pfeltz, 28, who has addresses in Ekton and Annapolis, was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Steven Wade Kilby, 29, of the 100 block of Conowingo Lake Road in Conowingo, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with speeding, failure to display his license on demand, driving without the required license and authorization and driving while his license was suspended.

Jerard James, 21, of the 600 block of North Carrollton Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000. He was also arrested on a Baltimore City warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with speeding, driving without the required license and authorization and while his license was revoked and failure to display his license on demand.

Aubrey Cleveland Heckstall, 45, of the 800 block of North Patterson Park Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Friday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Dawn Marie Hefner, 41, of the 1900 block of Codd Avenue in Dundalk, was charged Friday with theft less than $1,000, resisting arrest, obstructing and hindering police and drug possession other than marijuana.
