Recent arrests and incident reports from police agencies serving Harford County.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Aberdeen

Brian Alan Pearson, 26, of the first block of Defense Drive, was arrested last Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with speeding, failing to stop at a red light, failing to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and driving with a suspended registration.

Christopher Garland, 27, of the 400 block of Parke Street, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with two counts each of possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Lessie Lee Davis, 33, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault on law enforcement, parole and probation officer, EMS or fire, vandalism more than $1,000, making a false statement to police and reckless endangerment. She was also arrested for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of second-degree assault on law enforcement or parole and probation officer and another case in which she was guilty of drug possession other than marijuana.

Lonnie O’Neil Williams, 37, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was arrested Saturday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of violating an ex parte order.

Randy Hughes Banks, 56, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was arrested Sunday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with consuming alcohol in a public place.

A juvenile threw a rock and broke a window Sunday in the 1400 block of Perrywood Drive.

Aberdeen Police report:

Gary Alton Groff, 64, who police said has no fixed address, was charged last Wednesday with trespassing.

Raymond L. Lewis, 26, of the 100 block of Wesley Street in Elkton, who also has an address in the 100 block of Mill Creek Road in Perryville, was charged Thursday with vandalism less than $1,000.

Michael Lee Hamilton, 47, of the 200 block of Bush Chapel Road, was charged Friday with speeding, failure to notify administration of an address change, driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving while so far impaired by drugs and/or alcohol he can’t drive safely, driving while his registration was suspended, failure to display his license and registration on demand, driving while his license was suspended and revoked, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to stop after and return to the scene of an accident, driving and permitting a vehicle to be operated contrary to law, failure to control speed to avoid a collision and failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions.

Dwane Allen Mabe, 28, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, was charged Friday with consuming an alcoholic beverage in a public place, trespassing, second-degree assault and vandalism more than $1,000.

Students were refusing to come in from the playground Thursday at George D. Lisby Elementary School at Hillsdale in the 800 block of Edmund Street.

Prescription drugs were reported stolen Thursday from the 100 block of Gunnison Drive.

Juveniles were taking apart a bicycle Thursday in the 100 block of Rigdon Road.

A customer walked out on a check Thursday in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A phone, camera and money were stolen Friday from the 400 block of Holly Drive.

A man was jumping in front of cars and a woman was making obscene gestures Saturday in the 200 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

People were burning things in a yard Saturday at North Parke Street and North Rogers Street.

Money was stolen Saturday from the 100 block of North Post Road.

Abingdon

Chad Donovan Fowler, 36, of the 3100 block of James Run Road, was charged Sept. 1 with speeding and two counts of eluding police.

Lenora Hammett, 50, of the 3000 block of Trellis Lane, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Chester Lewis Sylvester, 49, of the 1200 block of Abinjud Drive, was charged Sunday with obstructing and hindering police, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Victoria A. Crujeiras, 27, of the 200 block of White Oak Court, was arrested Sunday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

A truck was putting sewage in a drain Friday on Wegmans Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 3300 block of Garrison Circle was vandalized and the windows were broken Friday.

People were shoplifting Friday in the 3000 block of Emmorton Road.

Someone tried to break into a vehicle Saturday on Wegmans Boulevard.

People were tearing apart a playground on Ashton Way Saturday.

A break-in was reported overnight Saturday in the 4000 block of Timothy Drive and Sunday in the 3500 block of Philadelphia Road.

Bel Air

Tyler Vadim Paszkiewicz, 25, of the 2300 block of East Churchville Road, was arrested Sept. 1 as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Drew William Johnson, 20, of the 700 block of Farnham Place, was charged last Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Robert Dunaway, 22, of the 100 block of Maulsby Avenue, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he is charged with theft less than $1,000.

Laurence Allyn Taylor, 39, of the 600 block of Beretta Way, was arrested Saturday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with speeding and driving while impaired by and under the influence of alcohol.

A home in the 2900 block of Pemwood Court was broken into last Friday.

A burglary was reported Saturday in the 900 block of Redfield Road.

A wallet was stolen Saturday in the 1300 block of Agora Place.

A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday in the 2500 block of Pleasantville Road.

Items in the 2300 block of Churchville Road were stolen Sunday.

A break-in was reported Sunday in the 900 block of Gainsborough Court.

Property in the 1300 block of St. Francis Road was stolen Sunday.

Belcamp

A car was stolen Friday from the 4500 block of Appliance Drive.

A window was shot out Friday in the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road.

A key was stolen Sunday from a key box in the 1200 block of Magness Court.

Darlington

Michael Lawrence Mach, 50, of the 1600 block of Trappe Church Road, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right of center, negligent and reckless driving and driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol.

A lawn in the 4100 block of Conowingo Road was damaged Friday by a trailer.

Edgewood

Vincent-Dmeek Johnson, 24, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, was charged Sept. 1 with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with speeding, failure to drive right of center, negligent and reckless driving and driving while his license was suspended and revoked and without the required license and authorization.

Antonio Griffin, 40, who has addresses in the 500 block of Crownwood Court and the 900 block of Topview Drive, was arrested Sept. 1 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with violating an ex parte order.

Joshua Matthews, 21, of the 800 block of Mount Vernon Court,was charged last Wednesday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Nicholas Monroe, 22, of the 1700 block of Judy Way, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Todd T. Harris, 23, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Justin Saunders, 29, of the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Friday with violating an ex parte order.

Stefon Hayes, 29, of the 600 block of Harr Park Court, was charged Friday with trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful police order and obstructing and hindering police.

Brandon J. Predsston, 32, of the 1700 block of Judy Way, was charged Saturday with littering from a vehicle, dumping less than 100 pounds of litter, obstructing and hindering police and resisting arrest.

A pool building in the 1100 block of Paul Martin Drive was broken into Friday.

Cell phones were stolen Friday from the 500 block of Burlington Court and the 2500 block of Indians Lair.

A package was stolen Sunday from the 3000 block of Sounding Drive.

A vehicle in the 1600 block of Meadowood Court was vandalized and items were stolen from it Sunday.

A dog was stolen Sunday from the 1700 block of Brookside Drive.

A woman stole ice cream from an ice cream truck Sunday in the 1700 block of Judy Way.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Wingleaf Court was vandalized Sunday.

A small boy took candy Sunday and ran out in the 1700 block of Hanson Road.

Someone was trying to break into a house Sunday in the 600 block of Teaberry Avenue.

A door was open and the television missing Monday from a home in the 1900 block of Chipper Drive.

A homeless woman was urinating at a bus stop Monday in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Juveniles broke into a vehicle Sunday night in the 1900 block of Southridge Drive.

Fallston

Anthony Scott Deluca, 47, who has a mailing address in the 2100 block of Arden Drive, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with intoxicated public disturbance.

Forest Hill

Someone in a vehicle was doing doughnuts in a parking lot in the 1500 block of Melrose Lane.

Havre de Grace

Edward Austin Rembold, 82, of the 700 block of Earlton Road, was arrested Sept. 1 on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with having a handgun in his vehicle and on his person.

Andrew Clark, 28, of the 800 block of Giles Street, was arrested last Wednesday on a Cecil County warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with speeding, driving while his license was suspended and without the required license and authorization and failure to display his license on demand.

Kristen Michelle Craig, 50, of the 700 block of Earlton Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace Police report:

Francis Forton, 55, of the 600 block of Pusey Street, was charged Thursday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Brandon Wilson, 24, and Dwayne Wilson, 52, both of the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue, were charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Tyrone Allen Taborn Jr., 36, of the 300 block of Adair Court, who also has an address in the 400 block of Liberty Court in Edgewood, was charged Saturday in a 2010 warrant with theft $1,000 to $10,000. He was also arrested for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of theft scheme more than $500.

Cash was stolen Friday from a donation jar in the 1900 block of Philadelphia Road.

Personal watercraft were vandalized Saturday in the 900 block of Shenandoah Court.

Someone was fiddling with car doors Monday in the 200 block of Powdersby Road.

Pylesville

A rooster was running wild through a yard Friday in the 5000 block of West Heaps Road.

Street

Wire was stolen Friday from the 3600 block of Conowingo Road.

Whiteford

Frank Herbert Simpson, 59, of the 1800 block of Deep Run Road, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with failure to stop after an accident, failure to notify an owner of property damage, failure to provide written identification and failure to give insurance policy information to police.

Christopher Lawrence Larson, 27, of the 9300 block of Cabot Court in Laurel, was arrested Sept. 1 on a Frederick County warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended and revoked and without the required license and authorization.

Amond Edwards, 25, of New Castle, Del., was arrested Sept. 1 for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Lauren Hanlon, 22, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested Sept. 1 on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Rom Burton, 64, of New Castle, Delaware, was charged Sept. 1 with second-degree assault.

Richard Michael Connolly, 28, of the 5900 block of Hamilton Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with speeding, driving while his license was suspended and without the required license and authorization.

Ronald McNeil 22, of the 4700 block of Homesdale Avenue in Baltimore, was charged last Wednesday with driving with expired registration plates and knowingly using falsified registration plates.

Christopher Taybron, 35, of the 5600 block of Reddy Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday on a warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended and revoked and without the required license and authorization and failure to display his license on demand.

Krista Rae Cusick, 35, of the 300 block of St. Andrews Lane in Westminster, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, making a false statement to police, theft less than $1,000 and fraud by personal identity theft less than $1,000.

Mason Reynolds Mantegna, 24, of Felton, Pa., was arrested Friday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Kahlil Copes, 10, of the 600 block of North Carey Street in Baltimore, was charged Friday in a Baltimore County warrant with theft less than $1,000.

Kelly Ann Myers, 39, of the 100 block of Breon Road in Elkton, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was guilty of two counts of neglect of a minor.

Jim Abbey, 22, of the 15000 block of Brach Run Terrace in Laurel, was charged Saturday with removing a prescription label, illegal possession of a prescription with intent to distribute and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Rodney Eugene Preston, 55, of the 1000 block of Belfast Road in Sparks, was charged Saturda iwth drug possession other than marijuana, fraud to avoid prosecution and obstructing and hindering police.

Nathan Antonio Jones, 26, of Essex, was charged Saturday with drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana, distribution of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of contraband in a place of confinement.
