Aberdeen

Cable was stolen Friday from in front of a home in the 500 block of Aldino-Stepney Road.

Tires were slashed Saturday in the 3600 block of Churchville Road.

Aberdeen Police Department reports:

Corey Lamont Blagmond, 36, whose address was listed as the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with two counts of entering restricted real property.

Randy C. Smith, 34, of the 400 block of South Stepney Road, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to comply.

Quentin M. Tracey, 54, of the 1800 block of Harford Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Saturday on drug charges, including possession of drugs with intent to distribute narcotics, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drugs-not marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Dwane A. Mabe Jr., 25, of the 100 block of Osborne Road, was arrested Monday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

A pit bull was trying to get into a yard on Aberdeen Avenue that had Rottweilers in it Monday.

People were squatting in a Franklin Street residence Monday.

A group of about seven people went through the drive-through of the McDonald's in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road and tried to obtain food without paying Monday.

Malquan Shabazz Johnson, 22, of the 3000 block of Clarkson Drive was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault of a Department of Corrections employee.

Charles Montgomery Medley, 25, of the 3100 block of White Oak Drive, was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism less than $1,000.

A dog was locked in a car Thursday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A wallet was stolen last Wednesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A cat was in a carrier in a car in the 3400 block of Merchant Boulevard.

Handguns were stolen Thursday in the 100 block of Laurel Woods Court.

A man was robbed when he went to meet a man on Betterton Circle from whom he bought a phone online.

Items were taken from a vehicle in the 3400 block of Tree Frog Court overnight Saturday.

Bel Air

David Howard Gardner, 19, of the first block of Oak Crest Court, was charged Friday with obstructing and hindering police, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Richard Wayne West, 43, of the 900 block of Richwood Street, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Bradley Edward Kahl, 30, of the 100 block of Hazelnut Court, who also has an address in the first block of Drew Court in Baldwin, was arrested Saturday on a Baltimore City warrant charging him with first- and fourth-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism less than $1,000.

Two dogs were locked in a car Thursday in the 1400 block of Handlir Drive.

Someone was dumping trash Thursday at Somerville and Plumtree roads.

A man was sleeping on someone's porch Friday in the 400 block of Rambler Road.

Tayo Esteem Awodele, 43, of the 1300 block of Sable Wood Court, was charged Sunday with fraud to avoid prosecution, applying for a credit card with a false ID, ID fraud by inducing another, making a false statement to a police officer, unlawfully receiving a credit card and signing another person's credit card.

A cell phone and medication were stolen Monday in the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road.

Edgewood

Joseph Oliver McCray, 69, of the 2800 block of Captains Cove Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

David Lee Sanders, 19, of the 700 block of Yorkshire Drive, was charged Saturday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, unauthorized removal of property and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Anthony Simeon Henry, 42, of the 600 block of Holly Avenue, was charged Saturday with fraud to avoid prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing or receiving drugs while in confinement and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving a car in violation of a rental agreement.

Edgar Thomas Day, 49, of the 300 block of Lord Willoughby Way, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent and reckless driving, failing to display a registration card and license on demand, driving while his license was revoked, driving without the required license and authorization, having registration plates issued to another car, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without current tags, unauthorized display and use of a registration plate, driving with an unpaid registration, violating a license restriction and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Michael Anthony Karrashch, 43, of the 2300 block of Pine Street, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Three juveniles were swimming Thursday in the pool at Willoughby Beach and Laburnum roads.

A home in the 600 block of Yorkshire Drive was broken into through a window.

A vehicle in the 1000 block of Pirates Court was vandalized Friday.

Someone dumped trash in a construction Dumpster Thursday in the 1300 block of Cooptown Road.

Havre de Grace

Thomas Edward Brown, 28, of the 3700 block of Rock Run Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

A home in the 3600 block of Old Level Road was vandalized Thursday.

A building in the 800 block of Earlton Road was broken into Saturday.

Naomi Roseman, 37, of the 300 block of Strawberry Lane, was charged Friday with malicious destruction of property valued at more than $1,000.

Anthony Michael Tabone, 38, of the 1300 block of Spring Meadow Court, was arrested Friday on child support warrant from the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

Warren Leath, 41, of the 1600 block of North Monroe Street in Baltimore, was arrested Sunday on "multiple" warrants from the sheriff's office. He has previously been charged with driving with a suspended license on two occasions.

A screen in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway was vandalized Friday.

A person in the 300 block of Pintail Drive reported being defrauded Saturday when someone he did not know rented a vehicle in his name and got a $16 toll fine in Delaware.

A person in the 300 block of North Union Avenue was punched in the nose by a friend Saturday during an argument. The victim was referred to a District Court commissioner.

A home in the 700 block of Lafayette Street was burglarized Sunday; four cans of tuna fish and $1 were taken.

A person in the 800 block of Ontario Street reported $41 stolen Sunday after she found a man in her house that she had spoken to earlier while walking her dogs. The victim told the man, who said he needed some water, to leave, and she then noticed the money missing.

A person reported an object was thrown at her vehicle Sunday while she was driving along Route 155.

A person tried to break into a garage in the 100 block of Bay Boulevard Monday.

A pickup truck in the 700 block of Girard Street was damaged Monday.

Three steel rails, with a combined value of $225, were stolen from under the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge in late June. The theft was reported Monday.

A person was assaulted in the 500 block of Congress Avenue Monday.

A person was sitting in an SUV smoking marijuana along Mohegan Drive Monday.

Mervin Hankey, 51, of the 500 block of Old Joppa Road, was charged Thursday with obstructing and hindering police.

Someone went through a car Thursday in the 700 block of Ferguson Road.

A 2009 Hyundai Elantra was stolen Monday from the 300 block of Monaco Terrace.

Monkton

Property in the 3600 block of My Lady's View Court was damaged Saturday by leftover fireworks.

Pylesville

People were setting off fireworks at a vacant house Saturday at Old Pylesville and Quarry roads.

Street

Brandon Duane Anderson, 23, of the 1500 block of Arena Road, was charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000 and disarming a police officer.

Someone in the 1500 block of Poole Road was robbed overnight Saturday.

Items were stolen Sunday from a vehicle in the 1500 block of Blue House Court.

Items were stolen from outside a house Sunday in the 3300 block of Deer Hill Road.

Whiteford

A front license plate was stolen Friday from a car in the 1600 block of Main Street.

A license plate was stolen Sunday off the back of a truck in the 2000 block of Whiteford Road.

Bryan Robert Zavoyna, 30, of the first block of East 8th Street in Pottstown, Pa., was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with having inoperative stoplights and driving while his license was suspended.

Timothy Michael Fox, 33, of the 200 block of Wright Street in Lock Haven, Pa., was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with trespassing.

Sachin Dev Jarral, 35, of the 5900 block of Tamar Drive in Columbia, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and using his cellular phone with his hands while driving.
