Markets, movies, concerts on tap in Bel Air in June

Several public activities are scheduled in Bel Air during June, the town government announced, including the return of Belle Aire Market and Summer Movie Nights and two free concerts:

The Belle Aire Market returns Sunday, June 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the South Main Street parking lot next to the Sheriff’s Office headquarters.

The market is a seasonal open air market featuring antiques and finely crafted artisan items, hosted by the Bel Air Downtown Alliance and event sponsors, M&T Bank, Harford Artists Association and Cat Sense Feline Hospital and Boarding Inc. and Music Land.

The Baltimore Symphonic Band will give a free concert, part of the Town of Bel Air Summer Concert Series, at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, at the William A. Humbert Amphitheater in Shamrock Park at 39 N. Hickory Ave.

Summer Movie Nights returns with a free showing of “Beauty and the Beast” on Friday, June 15, from 7:15 to 10 p.m., in Shamrock Park at 39 N. Hickory Ave.

The Bel Air Downtown Alliance and event sponsors Patient First and M&T Bank make the Summer Movie Nights possible. They are called a great time and place to bring the whole family for a fun and free movie night with pre-movie entertainment provided by the Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission.

The Bel Air Community Band with give a free concert in the Town of Bel Air Summer Concert Series, at 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, at the William A. Humbert Ampitheater in Shamrock Park at 39 N. Hickory Ave.
