The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Derek Maurice Cromwell, 36, of the 200 block of Woodland Green Way who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was charged Tuesday with speeding, driving without the required license and authorization, failing to display his license to an officer, driving a Class C vehicle without a Class C license, possessing and displaying a suspended license and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Michael Lawrence Demarest, 34, of the 300 block of Irish Lane, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

A wallet was stolen last Friday from a truck in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

People were digging up plants Saturday in the 3100 block of Nova Scotia Road.

Trash was dumped Monday in the 2600 block of Carsins Run Road.

Possible narcotics were found Wednesday in the 800 block of Lynn Lee Drive.

Aberdeen Police report:

James Dwayne Oakley, 35, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Dawn Nellie Jones, 56, who has a post office box in Havre de Grace, was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Firecrackers were reported Wednesday in the first block of Valley Bottom Road.

Medicine was stolen in the 600 block of Cornell Street on Wednesday.

A tablet computer was stolen Wednesday from Aberdeen library on Parke Street.

Two juveniles were fighting in the first block of Pritchard Avenue on Wednesday.

Counterfeit bills were reported Wednesday at McDonald's, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A woman stole a wallet in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road on Wednesday.

Harassment was reported Wednesday in the 300 block of Kendrick Drive.

Mandy Lynn Dixon, 36, of the 3100 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

George Michael Finnerty, 37, of the 3000 block of Forsythia Court, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

A caller told police Tuesday a bike was stolen two weeks earlier from the 200 block of Oak Leaf Circle.

Juveniles were riding a four-wheeler in the 3800 block of Federal Lane Tuesday.

People were in someone else's pool without their permission Wednesday in the 3300 block of North Berlin Court.

Tires on a vehicle were slashed overnight Tuesday in the 3600 block of B&O Road.

Bel Air

Christopher William Rudolph, 27, of the 400 block of Rembler Road, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Patricia Lee Madden, 47, of the 2800 block of Forge Hill Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with theft less than $100.

A man was jumped Tuesday while walking home in the 1800 block of Oxford Square.

A truck was broken into Wednesday in the 100 block of Lexington Road.

A firearm was stolen Wednesday from the 200 block of Ridge Road.

Bel Air Police report:

Stephen Otis Stanton, 56, who police said is homeless but for whom court records list an address in the first block of South Parke Street in Aberdeen, was charged Wednesday with trespassing, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Thefts were reported on June 20 at Home Depot on Marketplace Drive and Bel Air Athletic Club and PetSmart on Boulton Street.

A theft was reported June 21 at Sears in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

Oak Court Apartments was vandalized June 21.

Items were stolen June 22 from TGI Fridays in the 600 block of Belair Road.

Someone was assaulted June 22 near Applebees in the 1200 block of Churchville Road.

Items were stolen from Macy's at Harford Mall in the 600 block of Belair Road June 22.

Reynard Jermaine Parker, 33, of the 2400 block of Hanson Road, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and theft less than $1,000.

Cornell Williams, 45, of the 1400 block of Charlestown Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault.

A laptop was stolen Tuesday from the 1700 block of Trimble Road.

Items were stolen Tuesday from a lot in the 1100 block of Business Center Way.

An iPod was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Burlington Court.

Forest Hill

Michael Christopher Toppi, 19, of the first block of East Jarrettsville Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Rings were stolen Tuesday from the 200 block of Kimary Court.

Suspected human bones found Wednesday at Bynum Road and Montgomery Drive turned out to be bones of a deer, a sheriff's office spokesperson said.

Havre de Grace

A rabid raccoon was in the 4000 block of Chapel Road Tuesday.

A house in the 300 block of Darlington Road was vandalized Tuesday.

A dog was inside a car and the windows were up Tuesday in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A man said someone came up the steps and tried to rob him in the 600 block of Revolution Street on Wednesday. The suspect kicked him down the steps and he may have injuries. Nothing was stolen. No arrest was made.

An Xbox was stolen in the 500 block of Risen Star Court on Tuesday.

A break-in was reported Tuesday in the 400 block of Majestic Prince Circle.

A boy's bike was stolen Wednesday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.

Mary Ann Thompson, 25, of the 400 block of Harrisville Road in Colora, was charged June 26 with removing a prescription label, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Bradley Jonathan Abbuhl, 33, of the 400 block of Harrisville Road in Colora, was charged June 26 with having a handgun in a vehicle, illegal possession of ammunition, illegal possession of a regulated firearm and reckless driving.

James Edward Moore, 23, of the 4200 block of Delta Road in Airville, Pa., was arrested June 26 on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while his license was suspended in another state, failure to yield right of way at an intersection and driving while impaired so far by drugs or drugs and alcohol he can't drive safely.

Taunses Robinson, 25 of the 400 block of North Bouldin Street and on West Lafayette Street in Baltimore, was arrested June 26 on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Christopher Eric Bartlebaugh, 46, of the first block of Hillcrest Road in Conowingo, was charged last Friday with second-degree assault.

Brittney Lynn Lloyd, 22, of the 2400 block of Amber Orchard Court in Odenton, was arrested last Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with speeding, driving while her license was suspended and two counts of driving while her out-of-state license was suspended.

Kevin Lee Deforest, 48, of the 800 bloc of Middlesex Road in Essex, was charged Saturday with drug possession other than marijuana and removing a prescription label.

Fa-tema India Dupree, 28, of the 800 block of Willoughby Avenue, was charged Sunday with resisting arrest, obstructing and hindering police and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Larry Dunson, 26, of the 20000 block of River Terrace Road in Petersburg, Va., was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Darrius Eric Carr, 22, of the first block of Cooperative Drive in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
