Wanted fugitive reported at Aberdeen bus station [Police blotter]

Maryland State Police and Harford County Sheriff's deputies report:

Aberdeen

Rachel L. Snedegar, 30, of the 10 block of West Inca Street, was charged Tuesday with distribution of drugs.

Gregory A. Pringle, 46, off the 500 block of First Street, was charged Wednesday with conspiracy to distribute drugs, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and distributing drugs.

Amanda R. Mayton, 24, of the 900 block of Paradise Road, was charged with first-degree burglary and theft between $1,000 and under $10,000 on Wednesday.

Angelique Staats, 41, first block of West Aztec Street, was charged with three counts of possession with the intent to distribute drugs, possession of drugs and theft scheme between $1,000 and under $10,000 on Wednesday.

Diane E. Wheeler, 50, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

License plates were stolen off a vehicle Wednesday in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road.

A shed was broken into Tuesday in the 2600 block of Carsins Run Road.

Men were smoking drugs in the hallway Tuesday in the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

Aberdeen police report:

Someone was distributing drugs by the side of a Dumpster Tuesday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

A man threatened to kill his daughter at the E&B Food Market in the 100 block of East Bel Air Avenue.

Someone reported a wanted fugitive from Elkton rode a bus from Rhode Island into the Aberdeen bus station in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

Ashley R. Hall, 24, of the 3700 block of Swift Run Court, was charged possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of other drugs on Wednesday.

Someone tried to break into a garage Wednesday in the 300 block of Easton Court.

A juvenile stole money Wednesday in the 700 bloc of West Baker Avenue.

Someone was reported to be "casing vehicles" Thursday in the 1700 block of Cosner Road.

Crack pipes were found in an apartment Tuesday in the 500 block of Ramblewood Drive.

Two shoplifters assaulted an armed security employee in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Drive Tuesday.

Baldwin

A gun was stolen from the 2600 block of Baldwin Mil Road Tuesday.

Bel Air

A student was disorderly on a school bus Wednesday at Waterford Drive and Wheel Road.

A mailbox in the 900 block of Sablewood Road was tampered with Wednesday.

A deck in the 2500 block of South Tollgate Road was covered in graffiti Wednesday.

Needles were found in the 2200 block of Creswell Road Wednesday.

Items were stolen from a shop Tuesday in the 100 block of North Tollgate Road.

Items were stolen Tuesday from the 600 block of Hoagie Drive.

Drugs were found Tuesday in the 1000 block of Rock Spring Road.

Someone was driving around shooting at deer Tuesday in the 2200 block of Allibone Road.

Bel Air police report:

George W. Brandon, 21, of the 100 block of South Kelly Avenue, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Zergory P. Crawley, 30, of the Windstream Way, was charged on Tuesday with driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and driving even though his license had been revoked license.

John F. Howley, 24, of the 400 block of Bauers Drive, was charged Tuesday with violating a protective order.

Brandon J. Cofield, 21, of the 800 block of Kingston Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault, theft less than $1,000 and malicious destruction of property totaling $500.

Yusef K. Mack, 32, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Wednesday with second-degree escape.

A store in the 1000 block of Gateway Road was vandalized Wednesday.

An iPod and cell phone charger were stolen Wednesday from the 1700 block of Ironwood Court.

Vandalism was reported Wednesday in the 1700 block of Trimble Road.

Two people were trying to break into a home Wednesday in the 500 block of Jamestown Court.

A home in the 1500 block of Harford Square Court was vandalized Wednesday.

Drugs were possibly being exchanged Wednesday in the 2200 block of Hanson Road.

A caller in the 2400 block of Willoughby Beach Road reported Wednesday being stalked.

Dogs were fighting Wednesday in the 800 block of Windstream Way.

Kids were throwing trash out a window Tuesday at Route 40 and Abingdon Road.

A caller told police he was robbed of cigarettes Tuesday in the 1000 block of Gateway Drive.

A caller said someone tried to rob him with a knife Tuesday in the 1700 block of Hanson Road.

A caller in the 2100 block of Laurel Bush Road told police Wednesday someone threatened to kill him.

People were begging Wednesday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Items were stolen Wednesday from the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 1900 block of Oakmont Road was broken into overnight Tuesday.

Tires were slashed Wednesday in the 1900 block of Mardic Drive.

Jarrettsville

Douglas Clifton Shields, 28, of the 1600 block of Baldwin Mill Road, was charged last Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Joppa

Timothy D. Caldwell, 26, of the 400 block of Acadia Drive, was charged with second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault on Wednesday.

Two air-conditioning units were stolen Wednesday from the 500 block of Pulaski Highway.

Cars were blasting music in a parking lot Tuesday in the 500 block of Joppa Farm Road.

Movie props were stolen Tuesday from the House of Cards production building.

A home in the 1000 block of Joppa Road was broken into Tuesday.

Teddy Joe Fender, 39, of the 300 block of Ellsworth Place, was charged last Friday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of trespassing.

A burglary was reported last Friday in the 600 block of Pulaski Highway.

A house was broken into and tools were taken last Friday in the 2400 block of Taylor Brook Lane.

An air-conditioner was stripped last Friday in the 1000 block of Joppa Road.

A customer was disorderly last Friday in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A light pole was vandalized Saturday in the 2900 block of Franklinville Road.

An air-conditioner was stolen Saturday in the 2300 block of Singer Road.

A home in the 5300 block of Rocks Road was broken into Wednesday.

A burglary was reported Tuesday in the 3200 block of Conowingo Road.

Omar Adam Harris, 32, of the 300 block of East Lanvale Street in Baltimore, was charged last Friday with possession of an illegal firearm, having illegal ammunition and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Sarah Marie Stevens, 33, of the 800 block of West Pulaski Highway in Elkton, was charged Saturday with vandalism of more than $1,000.

Raymond William Shifflett, 50, of the 6600 block of Woods Parkway in Dundalk, was charged Sunday with possessing drugs other than marijuana, obtaining drugs by fraud and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.

Justin Patrick Snead, 20, of the first block of Windsor Way in Rosedale, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Nicholas J. Dudek, 24, of the 600 block of Calhoun Road in Shrewsbury, Pa., was charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Keith M. Smith, 29, of the 8700 block of Bancroft Drive in Waldrof, was charged Tuesday with second-degree escape.

Ramon E. Dobbins, 33, of the 1700 block of Landmark Drive in Forest Hill, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.
