Aberdeen police report:

A man was exposing himself at Taco Bell, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road, on Tuesday.

Someone was disorderly Tuesday in the 1000 block of Middleton Road.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the first block of Aberdeen Shopping Plaza.

Someone was disorderly Tuesday at McDonald's, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

Someone was disorderly Wednesday in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

An iPod was stolen Wednesday at Comcast Cable, in the first block of North Parke Street.

A theft was reported at Dollar General, in the first block of Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, on Wednesday.

Thefts were reported Wednesday at 7-Eleven, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, and Wawa, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

Maryland State Police and Sheriff's Office report:

Zane Shepard Clayton, 57, of the 4900 block of Villa Point Drive, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with not wearing a seatbelt, failing to display a license and failing to display a registration card.

Abingdon

A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 2900 block of Craigston Lane.

Bel Air

Donna M. Trageser, 62, of the 700 block of Hickory Limb Circle, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Mark G. Stec, 50, of the 100 block of Wakely Terrace, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Someone was disorderly last Friday and Saturday at Looney's Pub, in the 300 block of South Main Street.

Vandalism was reported last Friday in the 700 block of Country Village Drive.

Fraud was reported last Friday at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

Someone was disorderly last Friday in the 500 block of Hemingway Drive.

Trespassing was reported Thursday at Atwood Professional Center, in the 600 block of South Atwood Road.

Edgewood

Harrod Davon Stewart, 30, of the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Taiamber Williams, 29, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and obstructing and hindering.

Forest Hill

Sonya Corain Higginbotham, 32, of the 1700 block of Landmark Drive, was charged Tuesday with having, selling or transporting a registered firearm.

Ramon Edward Dobbins Jr., 33, of the 1700 block of Landmark Drive, was charged Tuesday with illegally possessing a firearm, illegally possessing ammunition, unlawfully selling or transporting a registered firearm and possessing a rifle or shotgun with a felony conviction.

Havre de Grace

A theft was reported Tuesday on Chestnut Street.

Havre de Grace police report:

Alan Thomas Sconion, 48, of the 500 block of Warren Street was arrested for allegedly breaking into an apartment on Tuesday and then being chased out by the occupants. He was charged with burglary, theft more than $100 and vandalism.

Four men entered a basement in the 400 block of Webb Lane on Tuesday. They took a safe and tried to take a PlayStation game system. Someone in the home confronted the burglars, and the game system was dropped. Another victim told police one of the burglars was holding a handgun. The four fled after the confrontation; no one was injured. The home is believed to have been specifically targeted.

Three rings were stolen Tuesday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.

Street

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 3000 block of Dublin Road.

White Hall

Robert W. Meninger, 59, of the 4900 block of Norrisville Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Other reports

Tyrone Michael Armstrong III, 21, of the 4900 block of Meade Street, in Washington, D.C., was charged Wednesday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute, possessing and drug paraphernalia.

Trey James Brenton Lewis, 22, of the 7000 block of Woodthrush Drive in Lanham, was charged Wednesday with possessing drugs with intent to distribute, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Kai Grandval, 26, of the first block of Crows Foot Drive in North East, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from Pennsylvania.
