Teddy Junior Claude, 21, of the 900 block of Harlan Avenue, was charged Tuesday with distributing drugs.

Thomas Young Behrens, 61, of the 100 block of Carol Avenue who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was convicted of trespassing.

Petty cash was stolen July 24 from the 500 block of Advantage Avenue.

An address book was stolen last Friday from the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

Someone was dumping illegally July 24 in the 3800 block of Philadelphia Road.

Money and cigarettes were stolen July 24 from the 3100 block of White Oak Drive.

A vehicle in the 2400 block of Parliament Drive was vandalized last Friday.

A vehicle was stolen last Friday from the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

March Christopher Rukuolicz, 48, of the 200 block of Golden Rain Lane, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Anthony Alberto Rosario, 42, of the 1000 block of Prospect Mill Road, was charged Wednesday with false imprisonment and second-degree assault.

Derek Edward Corprew, 33, of the 1400 block of St. Christopher Court, was arrested Monday on a Baltimore City warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was revoked.

Kieran Dayvon Maye, 25, of the 500 block of Meadowood Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000.

Laquita Smith, 26, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Tiffney Louise Earp, 21,of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Miguel Yanes-Garcia, 21, of the 2100 block of Cedar Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving without the required license and authorization, failure to obey lane directions, failure to drive right of center, failure to display his license on demand and consuming alcohol while driving.

Forest Hill

Someone was impersonating a BGE employee last Friday in the 200 block of Clifford Lane.

A truck in the 1900 block of Gulfstream Court was broken into Sunday.

Someone tried to steal items Tuesday from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Historic Drive. Two other vehicles on the street were broken into overnight. Advil was taken from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Pointview Circle in the same neighborhood.

A vehicle in the 2100 block of Sewanee Drive was vandalized Tuesday. Items were stolen from another car on the same street. Two vehicles in the same neighborhood, in the 2100 block of Historic Drive, were also broken into overnight Monday.

Havre de Grace

A home on Robin Hood Road was broken into July 24.

A man told police last Friday he was robbed the Thursday between J&K Pawn and the Oakington Road light. He said he had left Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace and was jumped and assaulted by four men in the 2300 bock of Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace.  No weapons were used and the man suffered minor injuries; he didn't require medical treatment. He told police his medication was stolen.

Someone was stealing a paddle boat last Friday at Spring Lake Way and Webster Road.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A bike was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of Lighthouse Court.

A ring was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.

Someone entered a bedroom between last Friday and Sunday in the 100 block of Wilson Street and stole a Clipper box containing money. An investigation showed people entered the home, picked the lock on the box and took the money. No suspects were reported as of Tuesday.

A windshield was smashed on a 2010 Chevy Cobalt at Pennington Avenue and North Stokes streets on Sunday.

A vehicle and motorcycle were vandalized Monday in the 1100 block of Chesapeake Drive.

A patient at Harford Memorial Hospital hit a security officer in the chest and bit another guard on the biceps after refusing to move her bed back into the middle of the room at 3:23 a.m. on Wednesday. All involved were referred to the court commissioner's office.

An iPod was stolen from a backpack left on basketball courts in the 700 block of Congress Avenue on Tuesday.

Money was stolen out of the glove compartment of a car parked in the 500 block of Risen Star Court on Tuesday.

Michael C. Phillips II, 24, of the 3200 block of Sharon Road, was arrested Monday on a Baltimore County warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization, driving while his license was suspended and revoked, possessing and displaying a suspended license and revoked license, failure to display a license on demand to a police officer and two counts of speeding.

Joppa

Kenneth James Young, 29, of the 300 block of Hardwick Place, was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Items were stolen last Friday from a vehicle in the 200 block of Spry Island Road.

The barbershop in the 700 block of Towne Center Drive was broken into overnight July 24.

Kids in a neighborhood had a boy's stolen bike Saturday at Joppa Farm and Garnett roads.

White paint was thrown on a vehicle Monday in the 800 block of Ferguson Road.

A camper was stolen Monday from the 1200 block of Joppa Road.

A vehicle was stolen Tuesday from the 1700 block of Old Joppa Road.

Children broke into an unoccupied rental home Tuesday in the 300 block of Trimble Road.

Perryman

A cell phone was stolen Saturday in the 400 block of West Michaelsville Road.

A car's windshield and roof had bullet holes in them Saturday in the 2000 block of Whiteford Road.

Allen Ray Cochran, 36, of the 200 block of Clubhouse Road in Delta, Pa., was charged Tuesday with violating an ex parte order. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Jacob Barnhouse, 45, of the first block of Park Drive in Barto, Pa., who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Wednesday with attempted first- and fourth-degree burglary, concealing a deadly weapon and two counts of fourth-degree burglary.
