Aberdeen

Dwane Allen Mabe, 25, of the 100 block of Osborn Road, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.

Robert Wayne Brush, 26, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was charged Saturday with vandalism more than $1,000, fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.

Christopher Justin Ebalo, 34, of the 1200 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Petty cash was stolen Thursday from the 500 block of Advantage Avenue.

An address book was stolen Friday from the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

Lawn mowers were stolen off a trailer Sunday on Bristol Forest Drive.

Windows were shot out with an air gun Sunday in the 3600 block of Aldino Road.

Aberdeen Police report:

Robert D. Newkirk, 28, of the 1000 block of Crimson Tree Way in Edgewood, was charged Monday with narcotics distribution. He was also charged with having a handgun in a vehicle and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Daandre T. Edwards, 24, of the 2500 block of Garrett Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Monday with having a handgun in a vehicle, possession of a firearm with drugs, illegal possession of a regulated firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Anthony D. Coleman 2nd, 26, of the first block of Defense Drive, was charged Monday with illegally having a handgun in a vehicle, possession of a firearm with drugs, illegal possession of a regulated firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

An aerosol gun was stolen from Walmart on Monday.

Malcolm Avery McMillon, 49, of the 300 block of Cinnabar Lane, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Jacob M. Crowley, 19, of the 200 block of Golden Rain Lane, was charged Sunday with first- and second-degree assault. He allegedly got into a fight with his mother's husband.

Daniel Nathan Freidly, 22, of the 1400 block of Golden Rod Court, was charged Monday with first- and third-degree burglary, second-degree assault and theft less than $1,000.

Tamela Rose Wittman, 42, of the 300 block of Crestwood Drive, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with driving while impaired by drugs and/or alcohol.

Samantha Ann Morlok, 41, of the 1800 block of Emily Drive, was charged Friday with drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sean Christopher Anthony, 20, of the 100 block of King James Circle, was charged Friday with driving without the required license and authorization, possessing a suspended license and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Forest Hill

Someone was impersonating a BGE employee Friday in the 200 block of Clifford Lane.

A truck in the 1900 block of Gulfstream Court was broken into Sunday.

Someone tried to steal items Tuesday from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Historic Drive. Two other vehicles on the street were broken into overnight. Advil was taken from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Pointview Circle in the same neighborhood.

Havre de Grace

Fernando Patino, 23, of the 100 block of Market Street, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

A home on Robin Hood Road was broken into Thursday.

A man told police Friday he was robbed the Thursday between J&K Pawn and the Oakington Road light. He said he had left Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace and was jumped and assaulted by four men in the 2300 bock of Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace.  No weapons were used and the man suffered minor injuries; he didn't require medical treatment. He told police his medication was stolen.

Someone was stealing a paddle boat Friday at Spring Lake Way and Webster Road.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A bike was stolen Saturday in the 500 block of Lighthouse Court.

A ring was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Bayview Drive.

Someone entered a bedroom between Friday and Sunday in the 100 block of Wilson Street and stole a Clipper box containing money. An investigation showed people entered the home, picked the lock on the box and took the money. No suspects were reported as of Tuesday.

A windshield was smashed on a 2010 Chevy Cobalt at Pennington Avenue and North Stokes streets on Sunday.

A vehicle and motorcycle were vandalized Monday in the 1100 block of Chesapeake Drive.

Lauren Nicole Over, 22, of the 3200 block of Sudath Lane, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for allegedly violating probation in cases in which she was charged with forgery and drug possession other than marijuana.

Joppa

Rashawn Dontay Bowman, 20, of the 400 block of Haslett Road, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, theft less than $100, resisting arrest, vandalism less than $1,000 and failure to obey a lawful police order. He was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was convicted of second-degree assault.

Items were stolen Friday from a vehicle in the 200 block of Spry Island Road.

The barbershop in the 700 block of Towne Center Drive was broken into overnight Thursday.

Kids in a neighborhood had a boy's stolen bike Saturday at Joppa Farm and Garnett roads.

White paint was thrown on a vehicle Monday in the 800 block of Ferguson Road.

A camper was stolen Monday from the 1200 block of Joppa Road.

Perryman

A cell phone was stolen Saturday in the 400 block of West Michaelsville Road.

Street

Edward Lee Teague Jr., 34, of the 400 block of Glasgow Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, perverted practice, sex abuse of a minor, sex abuse of a minor as a continuing course of conduct and second-degree assault. He allegedly raped a teenager he knows at the end of June and allegedly sexually abused her on several occasions over the last 18 months.

Brian Michael Billings, 45, of the 1100 block of Priestford Road, was charged Monday with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Services weren't paid for Friday in the 3300 block of Conowingo Road.

Someone tried to break into a business Saturday in the 1000 block of Woodshire Lane.

A lawn was turfed Sunday in the 3300 block of Ady Road.

Whiteford

A car's windshield and roof had bullet holes in them Saturday in the 2000 block of Whiteford Road.

Emily Margaret Pelland, 24, and Matthew Joseph Williams, 25,both of the 2900 block of Keswick Road in Baltimore, were charged June 30 with theft less than $1,000.

Charles Brooks Lucier, 18, of the 10900 block of Kline Hill Court in New Freedom, Pa., was charged July 19 with possession of drug paraphernalia and less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Brett Thomas Keller, 26, of the first block of Bellrock Court in Baltimore, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving without adequate rear license plate illumination, displaying and possessing a suspended license and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Lykisha Vernell Scott, 31, of the 4500 block of Marble Hall Road in Baltimore, was charged Friday with theft less than $1,000.

Elizabeth Theresa Fahey, 23, of the 2800 block of Ailsa Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, speeding, failing to display a license and a registration card to a police officer on demand, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Jammie Patterson, 52, and Donald Lanier Carson, 51, who both have addresses in the 4500 block of Canipe Drive in Charlotte, N.C., and the first block of South New Street in Dover, Del., were charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Noel Scott Gibson, 45, of the first block of Wells Lane in North East, was charged Sunday in a Baltimore City warrant with second-degree assault, harassment over race or religion and vandalism less than $1,000.

Chansa William Kasolo, 42, of the first block of Timber Creek Court in Essex, was arrested Sunday on a Baltimore County bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with making a turn in an emergency crossover, driving without the required license and authorization and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Ashley Marie Smith, 26, who has addresses in the 2700 block of Southbrook Road in Dundalk and the 8500 block of Gradien Drive in Notthingham, was charged Sunday with failure to control speed to avoid a collision, negligent and reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving so far impaired by alcohol the driver can't drive safely, failure to display a registration card, failure to give insurance policy information to police, driving with a suspended registration, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display a license on demand and failure to remain at the scene of an accident involving property damage.

Matthew John Forster, 24, who has addresses in the first block of Keppels Mill Road in Rising Sun and the 6500 block of Bailey Store Road in Federalsburg, was charged Monday with theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Illana Michele Beck, 29, of the 2300 block of Bryant Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100.
