Aberdeen

James Dwayne Oakley, 35, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Jessica Lynn Marie Doster, 20, of the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, whom police said is homeless, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

A mailbox in the 1800 block of Carsins Run Road was vandalized Thursday.

People were smoking drugs Thursday in the 1400 block of Viridian Road.

A home in the 1900 block of Perryman Road was broken into Friday.

A car was broken into Monday in the 500 block of Berrycrest Way.

A home in the 500 block of Aldino-Stepney Road was broken into, the owner reported Monday.

A rock was thrown through a window Monday in the 600 block of Possum Trot Way.

Aberdeen Police Department reports:

Two checks were stolen from the 600 block of Northgate Road on Monday.

A relative may have stolen money in the 300 block of Stevens Circle on Monday.

An ex-boyfriend was accused of harassment in the 400 block of Holly Drive on Monday. Someone was also trespassing at the same address.

Someone was disorderly Monday in the 100 block of South Law Street.

A wallet was stolen Monday at Walmart.

Juveniles were shooting BB guns at cars in the 100 block of Hamilton Place.

A trash can was set on fire Monday in the 100 block of Hawkins Drive.

Christina M. Brown, 39, of the 1900 block of Cypress Drive, was charged Saturday with trespassing.

Charles A. Fleming, 55, of the 200 block of Hunters Run Terrace, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

A purse and wallet were stolen Thursday from the 1400 block of Handlir Drive.

A home in the 1900 block of Castleton Road was broken into Thursday.

Juveniles were jumping from the bridge Monday into the road at Castleton and Flintville roads.

Edgewood

Daniel John Grassey, 18, of the 1900 block of Larch Court, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, violating a license restriction, speeding, driving without the required license and authorization and negligent driving.

Omar Maurice Jackson, 28, of the 500 block of Candlewood Drive, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended and driving while his license was revoked.

Tasha Nicole Williams, 35, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with confining an unattended child.

Elizabeth A. Carollo, 41, of the 1900 block of Eloise Lane, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Donqea L. Hines, 25, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary and second-degree assault. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Nicholas Kiprop Tanui, 36, of the 900 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Sunday with resisting arrest and obstructing and hindering police.

Rebecca Cathleen Christ, 20, of the 600 block of Holly Avenue, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with theft less than $100.

Joshua W. Martin, 22, of the 1100 block of Hanson Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Someone reported $200 in cash stolen Thursday from the 1100 block of Chipper Drive.

Fallston

Vincent Panichello, 31, of the 1800 block of Burgundy Drive, was charged Friday with second-degree escape, theft less than $1,000 and two counts of second-degree assault.

Items were stolen from a job site Friday at Exton Drive and Tufton Circle.

Forest Hill

Ramon E. Dobbins, 31, of the 1700 block of Landmark Drive, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Stephen Franklin Clark, 44, of the 2000 block of High Point Road, was arrested Thursday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Justin Davis Hamre, 31, of the 2000 block of Garden Drive, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism more than $1,000.

Matthew D. Hubbard, 21, of the 2200 block of Melrose Lane, was charged Friday with violating an exparte order, first- and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism less than $1,000 and theft less than $1,000.

A yard was turfed Friday in the 2700 block of Regester Farm Road.

Bricks were stolen Friday from the 1400 block of Persimmon Place.

A lawn in the 1200 block of Sharon Acres Road was vandalized Sunday.

Havre de Grace

Amanda Grace Baldwin, 29, of the 500 block of North Stokes Street, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration of a change of address in 30 days and two counts of driving while her license was suspended.

Nicole Veronique Ross, 22, of the 300 block of Strawberry Lane, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her registration was suspended and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Martha Lee Haynes, 44, of the 2400 block of Pulaski Highway, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Friday in the 1000 block of Mariner Road.

Havre de Grace Police Department reports:

Someone threw eggs at homes in the 200 block of Spectacular Bid Drive, in the 200 block of Prescott Court and the 400 block of Alliance Street, between Friday and Saturday. The incidents appear to be random, according to Havre de Grace police.

Money and prescription medicine were stolen Friday in the 400 block of Fountain Street while the victim was sleeping at a friend's house.

A truck was damaged Friday in the 900 block of Revolution Street.

A phone was taken from a bag Saturday in the 100 block of Union Avenue.

Charles Raymond Hitchcock Jr., 31, of the 1500 block of Jarrettsville Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana, drug paraphernalia and drug administration equipment.

Copper coils were stolen Friday from the 4000 block of Madonna Road.

Dogs attacked a turkey Friday in the 3900 block of Federal Hill Road.

Joppa

Aaron A. Waugh, 26, of the 400 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Monday with making a false statement to a police officer and obstructing and hindering police.

A vehicle was stolen Saturday from the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A purse was stolen Sunday from the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

Someone was dumping trash Sunday on Magnolia Road.

Two vehicles were broken into Sunday in the 200 block of Staysail Drive.

Residents reported break-ins to several cars in the area Monday: in the 300 block of Monaco Terrace; change and a pocket knife were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Harborside Drive; change was stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Riviera Drive and items were stolen from vehicles in the 200 block of Powdersby Drive and the 500 block of MacIntosh Circle.

Monkton

A handgun was stolen from a home in the 3800 block of Beatty Road sometime between May 15 and July 17.

Perryman

Squatters were living in an abandoned trailer Saturday in the 400 block of Daugherty Lane.

Pylesville

Adam Eugene Roberts, 25, of the 3000 block of Whiteford Road who was being held at Harford County Detention Center,, was charged Thursday with first- and third-degree burglary and theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Street

Richard Joseph Januszkiewicz, 32, of the 3600 block of Millers Road, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Brandon Duane Anderson, 23, of the 1500 block of Arena Road, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000.

Firewood was stolen Friday from the 3200 block of Ady Road.

Whiteford

Christopher Neil Brown, 32, who has addresses in the 800 block of Wheeler School Road and the 1500 block of Main Street, was charged Saturday with driving while his license was revoked.

White Hall

Signs were vandalized Monday on Harford Creamery Road.

A vehicle in the 4100 block of Norrisville Road was broken into Monday.

A shotgun was stolen Thursday from the 800 block of Wheeler School Road.

William Kenneth Morris, 50, of the first block of Dixon Lane in Elkton, was arrested Thursday on a Cecil County bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Brent William Holland, 22, of the 1100 block of Newcomb Way in Baltimore who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and a drug other than marijuana.

Rasean Aldridge, 23, of the 700 block of Templecliff Road in Pikesville, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, four counts of theft less than $1,000 and two counts of theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Samantha Sberna, 18, of the first block of Taylor Street in Keene, N.H. who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Friday as a fugitive from New Hampshire.

Nicholas Wardwell, 21, of the first block of Howard Street in Keene, N.H. who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Friday as a fugitive from New Hampshire.

Jaclyn Nicole Cook, 30, who has a post office box in Elkton, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a motor vehicle on the highway.

Ronald Andrew Johnson Jr., 23, of Newnan, Ga., was charged Sunday with driving while so far impaired by drugs and/or alcohol he cannot drive safely, driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance, negligent and reckless driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision and driving without the required license and authorization.

Yesenia Del Carmen Villatoro, 37, of the 1200 block of Luzerne Avenue in Halethorpe, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100, failure to display registration card on demand, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle and displaying an expired registration plate.

Ryan A. Glassman, 25, of the 2500 block of Edgecomb Circle North in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $1,000.

Marcell Carlos Johnson, 33, of the 1100 block of Parsons Road in Salisbury, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.
