Elser Josue Rosas, 25, of the 100 block of Law Street, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving without adequate rear license illumination and driving while his out-of-state license was suspended.

John Jack Austin, 30, who has addresses at the Travelodge in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue and on Dundalk Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with drug possession other than marijuana.

Towanda Sergent, of the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Thomas Jefferson Sullivan, 31, of the 4500 block of Lesh Lane, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Richard Andrew Sneden 39, of the 100 block of Poplar Grove Avenue, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with operating an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.

David Harrison Potter, 24, of the first block of Liberty Street, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with fourth-degree burglary, vandalism less than $500 and disorderly conduct.

Amanda Jean Pugh, 25, of the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

A woman said a man grabbed her purse with medicine inside at Magnolia Apartments, in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, on Wednesday. Police spokesman Lt. Fred Budnick noted the woman reported the incident a day later. The suspect was described only as a black male with a hoodie tight across his fact, about 5 feet 7 inches or 5 feet 8 inches in height.

Charles Lamont Brown, 40, of the 1500 block of Harford Square drive, was charged Thursday with speeding, negligent driving, driving without the required license and authorization, driving while his license was revoked and violating an ex parte order.

Destinee Peterson, 18, of the 600 block of Burlington Court, was charged Thursday with obstructing and hindering police, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Rydell Aron Peterson, 21, of the 600 block of Burlington Court, was charged Thursday with drug possession with intent to distribute, use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime and distributing drugs with a firearm.

Victoria Michelle Rumsey, 45, of the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Michael Allen Washington, 27, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Friday with being a rogue and vagabond and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Jacob Daniel Barnhouse, 45, of the first block of Park Drive in Barto, Pa., was charged Sunday with two counts of fourth-degree burglary, three counts of trespassing and one count each of being a peeping Tom and concealing a deadly weapon.

A burglary was reported Friday in the 400 block of Strawberry Lane.

A handicapped placard was taken from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Juniata Street on Friday.

Jewelry and money were stolen over the past several months, as reported Saturday in the 600 block of North Adams Street.

A man reported he was jumped by five people while walking home in the 400 block of Webb Lane on Sunday. The victim refused medical treatment. No further information was available Tuesday.
