Megan Christine OShea, 25, of the 3600 block of Woodsdale Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, obstructing and hindering police, resisting arrest, failure to notify an owner after an accident, failure to report an accident and failure to stop after an unattended vehicle accident.

Eric Matthew Wienecke, 22, of the 1800 block of Hamlet Place North, was arrested last Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Michele Gamble, 45, of the 1300 block of Sweetbriar Lane, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while intoxicated, negligent and reckless driving and displaying expired registration plates from another state. She was charged with driving while her license was suspended, failure to display a license of a police officer and driving while her registration was suspended.

Peter David Stauffacher, 34, of the 1000 block of Jessica's Court, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Jose Alexander Mateo, 26, of the 300 block of George Street, was charged Saturday with failure to display a license on demand, driving without the required license and authorization, driving an uninsured vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle and driving with a canceled registration.

Paige Mary Johnson, 23, of the 2100 block of Robertson Road was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Linda Kay Harding, 44, of the 1700 block of Cosner Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, negligent and reckless driving, speeding and failure to control a vehicle to avoid a collision.

Ronald Lee Greer, 53, of the 1400 block of Bowles Terrace, was charged Saturday with disturbing the peace and having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area.

Drug activity was reported Thursday in the 200 block of Melrose Lane.

Havre de Grace

Thomas Edward Wagoner, 23, of the 4100 block of Gravel Hill Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

John Darling, 29, and Jessica Dougherty, 27, of the 800 block of Garfield Road, were arrested Friday on bench warrants in a case in which they were charged with four counts of writing a bad check less than $1,000.

A suspicious vehicle was outside the entrance to Father Martin's Ashley Monday in the 800 block of Tydings Lane.

Windows in a building in the 2100 block of Pulaski Highway were shot out Monday.

Havre de Grace police report:

Lola Ashford, 41, of the 300 block of South Adams Street, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Numerous items were stolen from unlocked vehicles and several properties in the Grace Harbour area between Thursday and Saturday. Five thefts were reported in the 100 block of Remington Court, one in the 200 block of Ringneck Court, three in the 300 block of Pintail Drive, one in the 100 block of Hunter Court and one in the 200 block of Canvasback Drive. Items taken include flower pots, a DVD player, an iPod, a GPS, a laptop, pepper spray and sunglasses.

A purse was stolen from someone in the 300 block of South Adams Street on Saturday.

Shoplifters stole items possibly left in a car in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway on Sunday.

Someone said he was punched in the face by a man on South Juniata Street behind Havre de Grace Elementary School on Tuesday because he did not want to buy drugs.

A garage door was damaged in the 200 block of War Admiral Way on Sunday.

He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault, vandalism less than $500 and stalking.

A man urinated in a yard Thursday in the 300 block of Breslin Road.

A car was egged again Friday in the 700 block of Shore Drive, where thefts from three vehicles were also reported.

Someone shot a BB gun at a car Saturday in the 1500 block of Singer Road.

Welding leeds were stolen from a truck Sunday in the 700 block of Shore Drive.

Nicole AnnMarie Rizzi, 19 of the 3100 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Whiteford

Sarah Dorothy Sanders, 18, of the 1400 block of Eagles Grove Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Jeremiah Alvin Windon, 30, of the first block of East Maple Lawn Road in New Park, Pa., was arrested last Wednesday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Crystal Peterson, 39, of the first block of Hollingsworth Manor in Elkton, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Friday as a fugitive from Delaware.

Joshua Matthew Day, 29, with addresses in the 100 block of Vineyard Drive and the 2000 block of Liberty Grove Road in Port Deposit, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and revoked and driving with an obstructed windshield view.

Heidi Tenebaum, 37, of the 2500 block of Shanandale Drive in Silver Spring, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with fraud by identification theft more than $500 and theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Detrey S. Wadlington, 25, who has addresses in the 100 block of Malbrook Road in Baltimore and in Brockton, Mass, was charged Saturday with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and five counts each of possession of a counterfeit credit card and unlawfully receiving a credit card.

Eugene Robinson Jr., 58, of the 1800 block of Eastern Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Mauricio Diaz, 31, of the 3400 block of Lord Baltimore Drive, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.
