Aberdeen

Robert Joseph Lockman, 41, of the 1800 block of Mitchell Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a Baltimore County case in which he is charged with illegal possession of a registered firearm.

William David Carter, 52, of the 100 block of New County Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

John Marvin Morgan, 41, of the 100 block of Allendale Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Amanda Jean Pugh, 25, of the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road was arrested Thursday on four bench warrants Wednesday for traffic-related charges and drug possession.

Someone was assaulted Tuesday in the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Trespassing was reported in the 4400 block of Kerry Court Tuesday.

A burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Tralee Circle Tuesday.

A burglary was reported in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Court Wednesday.

A person reported Wednesday being assaulted at Keypoint Medical in the 100 block of North Parke Street.

A person reported a burglary to their residence in the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue Wednesday.

A wallet and jacket were stolen Wednesday from the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

A person reported Wednesday being harassed on the phone in the 400 block of Edmund Street.

Abingdon

Anthony Brian Douglas, 29, of the 3900 block of Bush Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his registration was suspended.

Two people were breaking into a car in the 2100 block of Taylor Court Tuesday.

A burglary was reported in the 100 block of Waldon Road Tuesday.

A car was vandalized in the 2600 block of Parallel Path Tuesday.

Someone tried to steal a dog in the 200 block of Yellow Brick Court Wednesday.

Keys, money and a cell phone were stolen on Wegmans Boulevard Wednesday.

Bel Air

Benjamin Ross Rudy, 32, of the 1500 block of Whistler Road, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in six cases involving of theft, trespassing, possession of marijuana and theft scheme charges.

Timothy Louis Buckley Sr., 56, of the 2100 block of Thomas Run Road, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol.

David Douglas Dunbar, 44, of the 900 block of Hillswood Road, was charged Tuesday with failure to display registration on demand, driving while his license was suspended, driving while his license was revoked and failure to control speed of a vehicle on highway to avoid collision.

Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Marlow Court Tuesday.

Two vehicles were broken into in the 100 block of West Riding Drive Tuesday.

Credit card fraud was reported in the 2200 block of Lyns Court Tuesday.

Laurie Ann Johnson, 46, of the 1200 block of Magness Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in two cases in which she is charged with failure to comply to a peace order, fourth-degree burglary, trespassing and disturbing the peace.

A person was living in a shed and trespassing in the 1200 block of Belmar Drive Tuesday.

A purse was stolen in the 1200 block of Independence Square Tuesday.

Edgewood

Jason Ray, 32, of the 800 block of Fishermans Lane, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Heather Nicole Kinneberg, 34, of the 100 block of Jacobs Street, was charged Tuesday with three counts of theft less than $1,000 and first- and second-degree assault.

Corey C. Smith, 35, of the 2100 block of Brown Street, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault and vandalism.

Michael Paul Blair, 33, of the 800 block of Olive Branch Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault.

A person was stealing merchandise in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway Tuesday.

Someone was bitten by their father's dog in the 2900 block of Siwanoy Drive Wednesday.

Shoplifters were reported in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard Wednesday.

A vehicle was broken into in the 2300 block of Carya Way Tuesday.

Havre de Grace

William Peter Zink IV, 34, of the 200 block of North Washington Street who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended and failure to control vehicle speed on a highway to avoid collision.

Identity theft was reported in the 2100 block of Williams Drive Tuesday.

Havre de Grace Police report:

David Vazquez, 31, of the 100 block of Vancherie Court, was charged with malicious destruction of property Tuesday after getting upset with his employer upon picking up his last check. Police said Vasquez picked up a porcelain garden ornament and threw it at the windshield of his employer's truck.

A tan front door from a house under construction in the 500 block of Peace Chance Drive was stolen Wednesday. Police said the door is valued at $590.

Drugs were reported in the 100 block of Deaver Street Wednesday.

Bank fraud was reported at Royal Farms in the 700 block of Blackberry Lane Wednesday.

Joppa

A domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway Tuesday.

Brianna Faith Humphreys, 33, of the 100 block of Champlain Court in North East, was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary.

Angela Marie Jackson, 33, of the 600 block of Vaughn Road in Belva, W.Va., was arrested by walk-in Wednesday on a bench warrant for traffic-related charges including driving on a highway without a license and failure to obey a traffic device.

Timothy Lee Jordan, of the 100 block of Champlain Court in North East who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Wednesday with first-degree burglary, theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and vandalism.

Joyce Elizabeth Clubb, 29, of the 3600 block of Tavistock Road in Frederick, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with traffic-related violations.

Eric Jason Hall, 26, of the 100 block of Commodore Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.
