Brandon W. Frist, 22, of the 5400 block of Bangert Street in White Marsh, was charged Monday with violating probation for a case in which he was found guilty of possessing a drug other than marijuana and possessing contraband in a place of confinement.

David A. Joyner, 46, of the first block of Perryoak Place in Nottingham, was charged Monday with two counts of concealing a dangerous weapon.

Sherman Baron Brown, 48, of the first block of Cobber Lane in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with driving while his license was suspended, driving with a flat tire or air leak, driving with an inoperative light, driving without adequate rear wheel projectile protection, operating a motor vehicle in a condition likely to cause an accident and failing to correct defects noted on an inspection report.
