Juveniles believed to be behind vandalism in Havre de Grace

Juveniles are believed to have vandalized several homes, mailboxes and cars in Havre de Grace on Saturday and Sunday, city police reported.

The first report was at 9:19 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, where someone reported his van was broken into and a GPS and CDs taken, according to police reports.

A home in the 200 block of Seagull Drive was reported vandalized the same day shortly after.

On Sunday, juveniles were reported throwing eggs at vehicles on Tidewater Drive. Mailboxes in the 700 block of Ruddy Court, the 200 block of Tidewater Drive, the 200 block of Canvasback Drive and the 300 block of Heather Way were broken off or vandalized.

Bushes were also damaged in the 100 block of Widgeon Drive.

"The vandalisms, we believe, are related," police spokesman Officer Jeff Gilpin said.

He added a group of four to five juveniles are believed to have committed the crimes.

No charges have been filed since the suspects have not been identified.
