Michael Frank Hinkle, 49, of the 900 block of Hebditch Lane, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Franklin Paul Minnick, 26, of the 1700 block of Bryan Road, was charged Sunday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving with suspended registration, knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle and failing to display a registration card on demand.

A possible break-in was reported Monday on Locust Street.

A cell phone was stolen last Friday in the 100 block of Bay Boulevard.

A vehicle was vandalized Wednesday in the 300 block of Hardwick Place.

Havre de Grace police report:

Stephen Michael Taylor, 49, of the 200 block of Carol Avenue, was charged last Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 800 block of Tydings Road.

A robbery was reported Tuesday in the 900 block of Nena Avenue. Jewelry was missing. No other information was immediately available.

A man reported being assaulted two blocks from Harford Memorial Hospital on Wednesday. No other information was immediately available.
