Evan Kelly Jordan, 57, of the 1000 block of Warwick Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with obscene telephone misuse, failure to obey a reasonable police, having an open alcoholic beverage and drinking alcohol in public.

A caller in the 500 block of Twinleaf Drive reported their 9-year-old daughter had been solicited May 6 for explicit photos by an adult using a cell phone app.

A person was smacked by a 13-year-old in the 700 block of Gilbert Road May 7.

Items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Chelsea Road May 7.

A person made fake pizza orders from the 1800 block of Mitchell Drive May7.

An assault was reported in the 200 block of Perrywood Court May 7.

A caller in the 1900 block of Fletcher Road reported a prior assault and vandalism to a vehicle May 8.

A theft was reported last Friday in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

Someone was trespassing in the 600 block of South Stepney Road Saturday.

Sod was stolen in the 1400 block of Veridan Road Saturday.

Siblings were in a fight in the 4800 block of Atlas Cedar Way Saturday.

Chains were stolen off a trailer parked at Walmart in the 400 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard May 8.

A 5-year old was bitten by a dog in the 400 block of Roberts Way May 8.

A lawn mower and hedge clippers were stolen in the first block of Swan Street May 8.

A theft was reported in the used car lot at Cook Motor Cars in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard May 8.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard May 8.

A woman was punched in the face by another woman at Cook Motor Cars May 8.

Harassment was reported in the first block of Liberty Street May 8.

A drunk man was passed out on a sidewalk in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard Wednesday.

Havre de Grace

Lisa L. Watters, 42, of the 500 block of Congress Avenue, was arrested last Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with fourth-degree burglary.

A car was broken into in the 1700 block of Deths Ford Road last Friday.

Suspicious activity was reported last Friday in the 300 block of Quaker Bottom Road.

Fraud was reported in the 200 block of Robin Hood Road last Friday.

A shed was broken into on Robin Hood Road Saturday.

Copper piping and a boat/trailer were stolen from the 100 block of Spring Lake Way Monday.

The side of a house was spray-painted on Walnut Street Monday.

Havre de Grace Police report:

Stoney Lee Henderson, 48, of the 3300 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Sunday with two counts of assault and third-degree burglary after allegedly following a woman into her apartment complex in the 100 block of Revolution Street and making sexual advances at her.

A woman was physically pushed with a baby in her arms in the 100 block of Wilson Street May 8.

A cell phone was stolen at Havre de Grace High School May 8. The cell phone's value is estimated at $400.

A vehicle was ransacked and a watch was stolen in the 1600 block of Mohegan Drive May 8. The estimated cost of the watch is $100.

Two 16-year old students at Havre de Grace High School, both girls, were arrested May 8 and charged with assault, police said. No medical attention was needed, police said.

A verbal assault was reported in the 100 block of Wilson Street last Friday.

A jacket was stolen in the 500 block of Saint John Street last Friday. The loss is estimated at $75.

A Chrysler was damaged by a juvenile on a bike in the 1200 block of Battery Drive last Friday.

Two men were selling crack cocaine on North Adams Street and Green Street Saturday.

A Chevy Uplander was vandalized Saturday in the 100 block of Blue Bill Court.

Scratch-off tickets were stolen in the 500 block of North Union Avenue Monday. The estimated value is $120.

A patient was assaulted in the 1500 block of Blenheim Farm Lane. Police said no problem was found.
