Montgomery Road, 7200 block, 5:10 a.m. Jan. 12. Officers responded to alarm at Skylight Liquors, observed suspects running. Officers stopped SUV speeding out of apartment complex. Evidence from burglary located. Dimitrius Stevenson, 20, of H Street in Washington, and Vanessa April Lee, 36, of Drum Avenue in Capital Heights, charged with second- and fourth-degree burglary, theft and destruction of property.

North Chatham Road, 3300 block, 10:34 p.m. Jan. 9. Woman approached outside residence by man with knife. Man took purse and fled. Victim uninjured.
Washington Boulevard, 9700 block, 2 a.m. Jan. 14. Econo Lodge employee observed suspect attempting to enter room by kicking, prying at door. Frederic Philip Reider, 48, of Lincoln Avenue in Beltsville, charged with first-, second-, third- and fourth-degree attempted burglary and fourth-degree burglary.
Lake Edge Drive, 8700 block, 10:10 p.m. Jan. 11. Entry gained to victim's open garage. Suspects were confronted and fled. Sunglasses stolen. Donte M. Vaughn, 20, of Covered Wagon Drive in Laurel, charged with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary and theft.
Kings Grant Road, 9500 block, 2:16 a.m. Jan. 9. Police responded to burglary after victim awakened by suspect. Victim fled to other room and suspect fled. Fard Muhammed Lucas, 27, of Earl Levy Court in Laurel, charged with burglary, theft assault and disorderly conduct.
Millies Manor, 9900 block, 10:04 a.m. Jan. 8. Entry gained to open garage. Bike stolen.
Clarksville Square Drive, 5800 block, 7:40 a.m. Jan. 12. Roots Market employee confronted by gunman. Employee's wallet and cellphone stolen.
Frederick Road, 12700 block, 9:22 p.m. Jan. 10. Gunman entered High's store and demanded cash. Gunman fled when clerk did not comply.
Whiteacre Road, 9600 block, between 5:30 p.m. Jan. 11 and 1:08 a.m. Jan. 12. Entry gained to residence by smashing window. TV stolen.
Thunder Hill Road, 5300 block, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 9. Entry gained to residence by forcing open side door. Firearms stolen.
Little Patuxent Parkway, 12000 block, 8 p.m. Jan. 11. Unknown woman knocked on neighbor's door. Child opened door, woman entered and behaved erratically. Adult called 911. Keonia Unike Clark, 33, of Little Patuxent Parkway, in Columbia, charged with fourth-degree burglary, disorderly conduct, endangerment due to intoxication.
Brighton Ridge Way, 10200 block, between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. Jan. 9. Entry gained to garage. Bike stolen.
Rivendell Road, 5200 block, 3 p.m. Jan. 7. Three boys ages 12 to 13 arrested after entering residence through unlocked door. Resident confronted boys.
