Harford Family House, which provides transitional housing for homeless families with children in Harford County, will partner with Claddagh Manor Farms to host the Claddagh Manor Horse Show & Harford Family House Family Fun Day on Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Equestrian Center, 608 N. Tollgate Road in Bel Air.
The equestrian-themed event is the first of two events Harford Family House is hosting in celebration of its 25th anniversary.
The horse show begins at 8 a.m., with Family Fun Day activities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Family activities include pony rides, a petting zoo, clowns, face-painting, stick horse races, a mechanical bull, a Nerf dart tag battlefield and crafts.
There is no cost to attend the event, though some activities will have a fee.

Harford Family House is the largest provider of transitional housing for homeless families with children in Harford County. Other programs include an emergency shelter for families and HUD Supportive Housing for homeless families where one of the adults has a disability.
