Jason Alexander Morton, 21, of the 900 block of Richwood Court, was charged Sunday with disturbing the peace, failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order, vandalism and resisting arrest.

Michael A. Ashe, 28, of the 1800 block of Oxford Square, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Brian Anthony Bragg, 18, of the 2800 block of Creswell Road, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and vandalism.

Shukari E. Nesmith, 31, of the 1400 block of Legion Drive in Columbia, S.C., was charged Saturday with obstructing and hindering, an alcohol intoxication charge, disorderly conduct and having a fraudulent identity to avoid prosecution.
