Mark William Kahler Jr., 23, of the 3200 block of Whitefield Road, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration.

Tires were stolen Tuesday in the 2700 block of Churchville Road.

Edgewood

Patrick Edward Rogers, 44, of the 600 block of Buoy Court, was charged Wednesday with failing to display a registration card, failing to stop at a red signal, failing to display a license and driving with a suspended license.

Malcolm Jay Gaddy, 46, of the 700 block of Monticello Court, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving without a required license.

Vincent E. Pugh III, 33, of the 1000 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Wednesday with obtaining drugs by fraud, obtaining drugs by making a prescription and trying to possess drugs with intent to distribute.
